Just installed a Mosselman oil thermostat on a recent N55 build.  I had been peaking at 264° on track, which is pretty hot...  So, I decided to give it a try.  I normally run a consistent 242 - 245° on street.  It claimed a 20° reduction in overall operating temps.  Hit the track this past Monday.  Peak temp - 233.6°.  I fully expect with higher ambient temps in the height of summer to see higher, but overall, it made an instant and large difference.  Average street temps just after installing were 210-214. If you're dealing with high track temps, this is a good buy.

went into the kitchen to clean a couple of plates and somehow ended up working through the whole sink without even noticing. the warm water felt nice on my hands and the rhythm of scrubbing and rinsing just sort of took over. thoughts wandered, came back, wandered again, and by the time everything was stacked on the rack i was surprised the clock had moved so far. did not expect doing chores to feel that calm.

A little about me:  I am trying to get myself active again and started with the XOSO sports leagues (Soccer only for now) – though taking a couple “seasons” off due to injury.  I do drink socially – breweries, wineries, distilleries, the occasional bar – but will never turn down coffee, tea, ice cream, juice bars, and other sober activities.  4 20 friendly, but only second-hand – puff puff away, but no need to pass to me.  Food wise, I enjoy Hawaiian BBQ, Texas BBQ, ramen, food trucks, diner food, surf’n’turf, movie theater popcorn...and the occasional salad.  I enjoy gaming, even if I only have an Xbox One and a dusty PS2 for now.  Currently do not own any pets, but would love to meet your dog, cat, fish, horse, potentially illegal exotic animal, etc.  Some activities that I’ve either *never* done yet, or would love to do more: * Bar crawls/bar hopping * Attend more Sacramento Republic FC, Rivercats, and/or Kings games (even if they are nosebleed seats) * Rave or Night Club (last time was when Zu/Barcode was around - who remembers that place??) * See more live performances – be it full-on concerts, broadway/music circus, comedy shows, or an up-an-coming band performing at a bar * Hiking (who doesn’t like some nature) * Have two left feet, and my hips lie – anyone patient enough to teach me better dance moves than the likes of DDR? * Never played table top rpg’s (DnD, Warhammer) but would love to learn * Been about 2 decades since last hanging out in the snow, so I may need to re-learn how to pizza/french fry on skis and/or snowboard (or make a Buddy-The-Elf-esque snowball).  * Learn an instrument – never learned passed the recorder flute in 2^(nd) grade. Hi guys, ​As the title suggests, I'm looking for advice from people who started their MMA journey as thinner individuals but managed to put on good size while training. ​For context, I'm in my second week of a kickboxing/BJJ beginner course and am already realizing that I desperately need to put on some more size. ​I'm a 29 year old male, 190 cm, and weigh 90 kg. As you can imagine, I don't have a whole lot of muscle mass or strength at the moment and would really like to bulk up. ​My course runs all week, but I can only train perhaps two to three days per week in the evenings, with some of these sessions being two hours long (one hour of kickboxing, one hour of BJJ, etc.). However, I am able to go to the gym in the mornings before work. ​I'm asking for advice because I see a lot of differing opinions on how to balance weight gain with combat sports training, so it would be great to hear how others on this sub have managed it in the past. ​Thanks in advance!

I am a huge jewelry lover, and love having meaningful pieces to have! This pendant was an idea I had since my husband and I started planning our wedding, and after searching for a few years for the right stones and saving up for the gold, I finally have what I’ve been envisioning for years. All lab grown stones Fancy vivid pink diamond Deep blue sapphire Fancy vivid green diamond All are OEC cuts All around 6.2mm in size (\~1ct diamonds, \~1.2ct sapphire) set in a 14k yellow gold bezel setting. I initially requested milgrain detail, but they told me they weren’t able to do it for this pendant which was very sad to me, but I do still like the smooth look (just not as much). The pink diamond represents my birthday in October, The green diamond represents my husband’s birthday in August, The blue sapphire represents our wedding in September. It’s a little unity dedicated to us. 🥰 Unfortunately it is a Christmas gift, so I’ll have to wait a couple more months to be able to wear it. But it’s so beautiful I couldn’t wait to share! Hi guys, I know this is weird but I’ve been watching posts about this here. I know before I applied I read some of the posts that there’s been a backlog and that caused the processing time to go crazy. I kept applying knowing that I’m not in a rush and there’s a lot of available appointments to book in September when they opened the new cycle. I originally planned to apply in August, but when I checked in early August all the July and August slots were completely booked out, so I waited until September. Even after I applied I kept watching how the availability was going bc if it’s gonna be fully booked like the last two months then the backlog will still continue. But it was empty tbf like you could literally get an appointment on the day (it wasn’t even half booked). Fast forward to October now and I’m still watching updates here. But then out of nowhere I got a text from DX Express saying "Your delivery from Konnect Logistics Services is due 15 Oct." Which is tomorrow. I don’t remember the last time I got my passport from BLS manchester being with this courier. But then I checked EES how long I can stay and the status changed. The last time I checked was this morning and it wasn’t showing OK, but now it is, what a coincidence. So I’m guessing this is my passport from BLS? am I lucky or what haha. For context I’m from Southeast Asia with a UK Graduate visa now and planning to leave the UK by the end of my visa validity which is end of next year. On my cover letter I literally said that I need the longest visa that they can give me bc you know how much effort it is to apply for this shit 😭 my itinerary is 4 days next week only to barcelona, everything is dummy including the schedule that was entirely made from Gemini. I just realized my departure flight is midnight so my first day in my itinerary is actually still in England bc I arrive the day after 😂 gonna cancel everything bc I’m not actually gonna travel this time, it’s all fully refundable anyway. I applied on 19th september, I have a permanent job (gonna resign before I leave), my money is just normal, showed 2 bank accounts one is saving acc one is spending. This is the second time I applied for a schengen visa. Never went out of my country before, literally applied my passport just before I came to study in the uk. Went to spain last year when I was at uni for 1 year which was my first schengen, I got 4 months validity (mult 45 days). That was also an anomaly bc my bank account was showing below the requirement that I didn’t even know about until I read it on the day of my appointment. I was like f I’m not gonna get my visa, I’m not going anywhere, just gonna study more, but I continued to submit my passport and documents anyway 😭😭😂 then I just spent 4 days in spain back then. I’m really sorry to hear what yall are experiencing with this though, it sounds illegal as f to keep passports for more than 45 days based on whatever EU law says about visa processing. Yall should honestly have the right to take legal action by any chance.

Hi! Asking here because I don’t know where else to ask so sorry if this is kind of a wrong place! I’m hoping to audition for DCC, Colts, Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars and Denver Broncos cheer teams, but I’m not from USA and would need to get a work visa. Does anybody know if that means something like can I still audition for these teams (they don’t mention anything about abroad audition or Visa process and I have no idea how that works so yeah) If anybody knows here something please tell🩷 Very thankful for every comment on this subject!

Hey guys, we are coming over from New Zealand for the UFC in Sydney Feb 7th, Its at the olympic park / afterpay stadium. We have never visited Sydney before and want to spend abit of time having a look round and visiting stuff thats cool. Just 2 dads, one tattoo artist and one farmer on a little bit of a tour. We arrive on the Friday morning, and leave on the Tuesday morning, we want to really make the most of it. Any tips and hints especially around the UFC starting at 6am on the Sunday would be so appreciated. Thinking about staying right in the CBD, but not sure if this is a smart move. Happy to catch trains/public transport/taxi/uber ect... we also love food, coffee ect... super keen to pack in asmuch as possible. Thanks for any help
