When checking out today at the Winco in Hazel Dell WA, I had a rather unpleasant experience wth the cashier. I had about 20 items, The person in front of me was done and almost done bagging their stuff. This was in the 'near lane'. I had my re-use bags open and in my cart. She started to put my items in the far lane and I asked if i could just grab them after she scanned them...and put them in my bags. The answer was I have to go to the far lane and bag my items there because it slows down the overall line (only 1 person behind me). She said she didn't want to 'race me'.. She further told me that doing it the way I wanted should just jam up the line.... I generally do this process..95% of the time no issues. By the time the cashier has scanned the last item, I have all my items in my bags..Just need to pay and I am done...No delay in the overall line. The cashier was really rude about it..and yeah..I was rude back..But if I can be done bagging by the time she is done scanning....why the push back from the cashier... Rant over

I have been stuck for years wondering if my story counts as cocsa. I am 21F now, and was 13/14 I think when it happened. I knew this guy through my best friend at the time, who was 13/14 too, he was 17. I don't remember the specifics but somehow we planned to meet up and do sexual stuff together. Sometimes it opens when I'm reading the comments, I click it and literally nothing changes, no new comments and collapsed comment chains don't reopen. Every time it pops up I just restart the app, something just feels off just clicking it

Is anyone else having a problem with constant teammate disconnects in quick match these past couple days? It's been a minimum 2-3 teammates per match and its kinda driving me up a wall.

As a little kid, I read a lot of UFO books. A common through line were visits by Men in Black following a UFO sighting. Men in Black would just about always intimidate experiencers into remaining silent about what they saw. You’d think that since everyone and their cat’s got a Ring camera, we’d see more recent instances of Men in Black interactions, but I just spent the day searching and the most recent incident I could find occurred in 2009. I have been going to the gym for about five years and I’ve made some good progress on my lifts. I can bench 250lbs, OHP 150lbs. My squat is at 280lbs, and my Deadlift is at 360lbs. Right now I really want to be able to Squat 315+ and Deadlift 405+. I am a self taught lifter, and I’ve been using progressive overload but I feel like there’s a better approach to what I’ve been doing. So let’s say I’m deadlifting and do a few sets of 345 at 1-3 reps. Every week I increase the weight by five pounds and over the course of of five weeks until I work my way up to 365. The last time I deadlifted I then do a deload where I do 80% of 365. The week after the deload I start at 350 and repeat the cycle. For OHP and Bench Press I do the deload on the fourth week. I feel like this has been working but I always feel like there’s a better approach to what I’ve been doing, and a faster way to get to the weight I actually want to lift. I would appreciate any guidance and suggestions that will improve my training.

I am 20 yrs old I just paid my car off and my credit dropped a little bit. With my small brain it doesn't make sense that when you get a loan your credit go down when you pay it off it off it goes down how do i get it up to 800??? I had two friends from school with whom I’d been friends with for the past 7 years. Over the years, our relationship was not entirely all bad, but I did notice that there seemed to be a hierarchy. That and we all fell in a spectrum of emotional availability/control. One girl was more of a silent treatment giver and the other was someone who was easy to anger and would develop an attitude problem. During conflict, one would ignore you and the other would have a bit of a lash out. Unless it was something extreme, I never felt the need to bring things up and make a big deal out of small problems. If it was a small issue, I’d privately deal with it or maybe ask a relative, another friend, or inquire about it here on Reddit (important to note). With one in particular (the one easy to anger), I started to notice she had a bit of an issue with control. If I would ask for advice, she’d want me to follow it without pushback, if my ideas or thoughts changed, she would be confused as to why, etc. This manifested the most in relationships and with men. For example, if I decided to kiss a guy or engage in non-penetrative intimacy and I didn’t want to tell her, she’d say “I’m not going to get mad, I’m not going to get mad.” Or when I got a UTI for the first time, making shady comments about whether or not I had sex with the guy I was seeing at the time (I’ve never had sex, but even if I did why is that for you to question). Along with this, she’d consistently make very shady or passive aggressive comments. “You act like it’s your first day on earth, you’re probably the least intimating person I know, etc.” I kind of knew the friendship was going down hill, but realized that I didn’t need to dramatically cut her/them off. Where the friendship breakup accelerated was after we went on a trip. We went out at night on the trip and I had fun. Once we got back, we made plans to go out again that week and she started to act withdrawn. She decided to stay home and the other friend and I went out. This is where it gets bad. I later found out that week she had been stalking my Reddit account the whole time. I’d never posted my name, their information, or pictures, etc. There were a few times she had my phone on the trip and my dad thinks that’s where she could have found it. She did find some posts about friendship questions I had asked as I’d been questioning some of the behaviors and comments I’d received. It turned into a big thing where they confronted me about asking questions about our friendship on Reddit and how essentially, I take everything to heart, should be allowed to speak their mind, and how I should have said something earlier. We haven’t spoken in almost 4 months, which is fine, but i would like to know AITAH for going and seeking advice on Reddit and privately about these issues I had given the circumstances?

I (23F) was at the bar last week with my friends to celebrate my birthday. I am single and have been for a long time so my friends tried to set me up with random guys at the bar we were at. They started yelling at me about how I lead him on by talking to him and accepting the drink if I had no intention of going home with him and telling me that I was being too sensitive for not giving him my number just because of a joke he made.
