Alright so I finished No Man Sky. I completed the Artemis Storyline so I'd say I'm finally done 😭. Now I want to explain the reasons I didn't really like the game, see what you think. First of all, let's get something out of the way, when I first got into it, I expected a Space RPG, with you know like, a couple solar systems but every planet with a different society, maybe different time periods etc... Now, from what I had heard, the few things i had heard of since I never really cared about watching the game and it came out when I was 9 so... Yknow I wasn't the target, I knew or at least FELT like it wasn't going to be that but whatever. If that was the only reason, you could say "oh it's your problem", and yeah, that's my problem ofc, but once I accepted I wasn't getting that, I came across a lot of issues which made me realize something while I was playing. "This is a bad game that the developers got the chance to keep making better" While playing I constantly thought that. Because, and now we get to the issues: **1- The main loop is, imo, EXTREMELY boring and poor.** And... That's what got criticized 10 years ago right? You can't reduce an ENTIRE planet to the materials you get there. It's so BORING, the space travel is really cool but, you know that when you get on a planet you're only there because you want a specific material. It's... Boring, to me at least. **2- The game suffers from a problem lots of Creative Sandboxes have, but here it's 10x worse** Basically most of these games lack a... Reason for doing what you do. That's why Terraria is the only creative Sandbox I genuinely love. Because if you don't care about building, you still got a whole story which forces you and incentizes you to get stronger. Here there's absolutely NO POINT in all those activities you do. You got A **BAJILLION** UPGRADES for your base, spaceship etc... Why would I care? The basic spaceship you get is more than strong enough to handle everything that comes your way, and even if you choose to be a pirate you can beat Sentinels and escape super easily. And there's no point in having a base, you never stay on a planet more than needed to get the materials There's also no point in getting money, because you can get them super easily by contrabanding, which sucks because you can simply teleport and never get found by any Sentinel. It was literally the first thing I tried once I unlocked the pirate thing. To end it, the graphic look awesome, I didn't really Love the story because I don't like those type of stories where all the characters need to talk in sort of confused, mystical ways but it was for sure the best part of it ALL. Although I'm not sure I got everything about it. There's tons of other little things like me not liking the secondary quests etc... But you got the point. It's a shame cause you fans seem genuinely cool tho!

The other Blue Lockers will be completely shocked at seeing Nagi return, players like Isagi, Chigiri, and Reo will go to see Nagi in the facility during training, the three of them will ask Nagi how he came back, and want to talk to him, whereas Nagi will be resolute in his conviction to destroy Blue Lock, and his old bonds so he can be the best in the world, and similar to Teddy Knight, face them in consecutive 1-on-1s, beating them. (This is also working under the assumption that Nagi will have an evolution of some kind during Side-B, or maybe his new dream and renewed Ego is enough) (I feel like this is also very plausible considering Kaneshiro likes introducing new opponents and obstacles for his characters by making them show complete dominance over the cast, as he did with Rin, Teddy, Kaiser, Shidou/Sae, Nagi (1st selection), Hugo and Loki.)

I’m still so confused about this that I need to rant about it somewhere. A few weeks ago I had to spray a wasp nest getting out of hand on my balcony with a wasp spray. When I was inspecting all of the carnage shortly after I noticed a jumping spider upside down in a death curl. I was devastated. I went to pick it up only for the spider to start twitching uncontrollably. I immediately took it inside and sprayed it with a bunch of water then dried it off really well and repeated that process 2 times. After the last time I put it on a dry paper towel in one of my old jumping spider enclosures and hoped for the best. I was really doubtful it would survive since it kept going into a slight death curl and was barely hanging on with one paw attached to the paper towel. The next morning I found the spider comfortably hanging upside down in the enclosure. I realized it was a girl but figured I give her a week or two to recover from the whole ordeal. Fast forward a few meal worms and sometime later and she's laid an egg sac. Fortunately the container she is in has tiny holes I think will be able to contain the spiderlings. My concern now is that I may have had her for too long. Will she be able to go back outside after she has the babies? I fully plan on releasing all of the little ones but would like for them to get a little bigger so they have a better chance at surviving. Do I have to separate them to do that? I'm struggling trying to figure out what to do with them next. Should I just let them all go in my stairwell as soon as they hatch?

Hi all, Just want to tell you my experience living in an apartment owned / managed (not sure if they own the complex but pretty sure they do) by RPM Living - thirty days now without central air. Thirty days. I called 311 the other day and had an inspector here yesterday and while she couldn’t tell me outright, she heavily implied that I’m not the only person dealing with this. If you’re looking for an apartment, do NOT go with RPM LIVING. They are awful. I emailed the CEO and he’s too important to deal with a tenant so he had his assistant deal with me, and well, here we are, day 30 with no central air. The portable unit they’ve provided isn’t enough to cool even one third of my unit so my unit is constantly at 77-86 degrees. I ended up with heat stroke this weekend because of it. Also, my in-unit washer and dryer sat broke in here from September 1 - 19, and had a tub of water in it. When I told them to empty the tub before moving it or I would, their two maintenance men wouldn’t listen to a woman, moved it, the tub flooded my living room, and left me to clean the mess. Fantastic! Don’t live here. I’m doing everything I can to work with a realtor to find a new complex and I had planned on staying for two years but fuck this entirely. Don’t do it.

Os capítulos fazem alternância de pontos de vista dos dois, tendo atualmente um capítulo pronto de cada um. The OG East India Cocktail (there's an East India no. 2, but that's a shaken drink). I got these specs out of Cocktail College. Ingredients \- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters \- 1 barspoon - ¼ ounce pineapple syrup (depending on Cognac proof) (I used the Truffles on the Rocks recipe) \- ¼ ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur \- ½ ounce Curaçao (I used Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao) \- 2 ounce Cognac (I used Hine) \- Garnish: pineapple wedge and skewered cherry (I used homemade dried pineapple) Directions 1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. 2. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice. 3. Garnish with pineapple wedge and skewered cherry, set on the glass' rim. Impression: delicious. It was a touch too sweet (mind that pineapple syrup), but complex and interesting.

I don't understand their thinking process that either doesn't see this, or dismisses the *meaning* of it. Is it poor math education, political bias interfering with their numerical abilities, or something else? It's both baffling and disturbing. Does anyone have ideas for verbally explaining these concepts?

I'm not the biggest fan of LinkedIn, and when they permanently switch from the "classic search" to the "describe the job you want" search, I'll probably be even less of a fan. Classic search has two helpful filters: "Most Recent" and "Has Verifications." They weren't perfect, but they're a lot better than this new search tool. When I'm forced to use the new search (unless I toggle back to classic), the "Most Recent" and "Has Verifications" filters are gone. *context= laney tf700 is working but severely underpowered with little to no volume* My previous post had comment suggestions about the valve and input, the valve seems fine after tapping the top with a pencil and listening for a ding. However, i was suggested to wiggle the input slightly while plugged in and the amp did jump back and forth into its normal volume inconsistly with a little crackle that didnt return. i also noticed that the amp would crack and pop when turned all the way up like its trying to jump to its normal volume. The input looks worn but that may not mean its the issue so im wondering if its definitely the input off of this information and pics or if it could be something else (Fuse has been checked and is working)

Hey guys! So just to preface this I am very new to VR modding, but I've been modding flat screen for quite a while! The Steam Frame is my first VR headset so I thought I'd write this guide for others having issues with Skyrim on the Steam Frame! Also apologies if this doesn't fit here, but I saw some people complaining on this subreddit about it so figured I'd post it here alongside r/skyrimvr. So without further ado, let's get into it! # Playing Vanilla So if you want to play Skyrim directly on the headset, from what I've heard it runs fine though I haven't tried it myself. As soon as you plan to stream it using the dongle is where issues immediately arise. Even playing vanilla, the game doesn't let you get past character creation at the time of writing because of a keyboard glitch. If you don't want to mod the game, your only option here is to download a save like [this one](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18764) and put it into your saves directory (usually in C:\\Users{UserName}\\Documents\\My Games\\Skyrim Special Edition\\Saves). The bad thing about this option is that you don't get to customize your character, so you're at the mercy of other people. You could also create your own save on the flat screen version of the game and pull it over, though I think you'd have to match the version? I'm not fully sure about that though, I honestly just suggest modding the game. # Modded Skyrim VR This is where the game actually gets good. I suggest using a Wabbajack modlist such as [FUS](https://github.com/Kvitekvist/FUS). If you want a comparison of some popular Wabbajack modlists I found [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyIZc6lNTP4) video on YouTube, though it doesn't mention FUS which I thought was an interesting choice. If you go the modpack route I recommend researching and deciding which one you think is best. If you have the PC for it though I highly recommend Mad God's Overhaul, though it's pretty intensive and most people probably can't run it. With that out of the way this guide will be focused on my experience with FUS, though where it would differ I will make sure to mention. Make sure you follow the installation instructions on whatever pack you use. # Getting Started So if you decide to just mod the game yourself, skip to the next section where I go over the essential mod that actually makes the Steam Frame work. Again I highly recommend doing a modpack if it's your first time but I can't force you! The first step will **always** be to follow the normal install instructions for whatever pack you choose. For FUS, they're linked directly on the GitHub. The instructions are modpack specific so always follow them before continuing with the addition I list below. Getting the base modpack working it important, even if you can't really play the game yet. The only instructions you don't need to follow are the controller binding ones, as the mod we use will overwrite that so **DO NOT** use any other controller binding methods other than what I list below. # Open Composite Unleashed So you have a working Skyrim, but you can't get past the character creator. This is where [Open Composite Unleashed](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/171182) comes in. This mod has a ton of features that is super helpful, but most importantly it fixes the keyboard glitch and will allow you to actually play the game. So here's how you'll want to install it: 1. If the modpack you chose does not have Root Builder, or you are modding it yourself you'll need to install it from [this page](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31720) which has video instructions on it. FUS already comes with Root Builder so I skipped this step 2. Once you have Root Builder, install the mod through MO2 as a normal mod. FUS has Root Builder setup to automatically run every time you launch the game, so you don't have to do any further configuration there. If the modpack you chose doesn't do this, I think you just manually build it in Root Builder (which you can access by the puzzle piece icon at the top next to the wrench) 3. Now that it's installed, place it in your modlist pretty high up and enable it. I just placed it where the regular OpenComposite is located in FUS 4. Right click the mod and select "Open in Explorer" and make a shortcut for the Configurator that you can place on your desktop for ease of access # Binding Settings for Steam Frame Now that we have Open Composite Unleashed and the configurator accessible it's time to use it! It does look pretty complicated, but the parts we need to actually use aren't too bad, so don't get overwhelmed! When you first launch it, it won't show the steam controllers but that's ok! We'll change that. 1. First go into the "Bindings" tab at the top. This is where we will be making all our changes 2. Below the images of the controller there is a drop down. Select "Steam Frame" and hit save 3. The default preset should be VRIK 2.1.0 but you can choose whatever 4. Now you can select whatever bindings suit your fancy! This is where you can take a look at the supplied bindings for your modpack and match them here if you so choose 5. I know some people leave some buttons unmodded for VRIK gestures, but I haven't learned to use those yet so I can't really say anything about that 6. Once you're done, click "Save Custom" and name your profile 7. Click "Use Preset" on your new profile and you're good! Launch Skyrim through MO2 and play the game! # Closing Remarks So that's about it! If I missed anything please let me know and I'll make some additions! This is my first foray into VR modding so I wouldn't be surprised if I got something wrong. Regardless I hoped this helps at least one person so they don't have to do as much troubleshooting as I did! Huge thank you to [Wondernutts](https://www.nexusmods.com/profile/Wondernutts) on Nexus for actually making all this possible! They updated their mod 3 times in like 3 days because of the Steam Frame issues and their mod is what actually makes this game work! I have high respect for modders that are smart enough to make these programs so the common people can play without issue!

My first city to feel like a (slightly) more realistic version of a city! I've managed to keep traffic to a minimum, and my public transit is also working pretty well. The city features two universities and an amusement park. I'm currently working on developing my industrial area, probably going to rework my rail yard a bit so it's less messy. Hello! I got back into drawing a month ago after not drawing for more than a decade or more. I used to draw when I was a teen but it was like 15 years ago. You can see the recent drawings I’ve made, from the most recent one (the WIP) to the first one (Wonder Woman) I did after getting back into drawing at the end of August this year. I feel like my art is pretty stiff and lifeless, though. I also want to find a style that feels less “anime-ish” and more mature. I tend to use vivid colors but I wanna make it look like more serious as well. Maybe I should experiment with darker palettes and tones? My recent love for comics inspired me to get back into drawing. I really love Simone Di Meo’s, Hayden Sherman’s, and Chuma Hill’s art styles in the Batman comics. I don’t want to copy them, but I’d love to take some inspiration from their work and develop something of my own. I’d be really happy if I could eventually achieve a more mature-looking style like theirs. I’m planning to learn anatomy through references, but I also really want to develop a consistent style along the way and not let that stop me from improving. I’m open to any criticism or advice because I really want to improve! What do you guys think?

Hey all.. I mainly play Retail WoW and am going to try out wow forever but don’t currently have beta access. I’m looking for some insight on class choices to roll when the game goes live. I really want a caster class, that isn’t wand reliant, is a good solo leveler but also good in group play. I prefer something more than just a 2 button rotation but also not too much button bloat. Unsure between elemental shaman, balance Druid, affliction warlock, arcane mage, or shadow priest! Any insight is super appreciated!

Hi everyone, Just something I wanted to say quickly, I'm posting this question in this subreddit, as opposed to a relationship subreddit or something, as always get helpful responses from everyone in here. Anyway, I'm 20(M) and my gf is 20(F), I live in England and she lives in Ireland, so a bit far apart. The relasionship itself is great. We've been together 6 months and I absolutely adore her and I'm pretty sure she feels the same way, we never argue and we get on great. I suppose the only issue is not seeing much of each other. The main reason why I'm making this post is that I'm getting frustrated, with my lack of knowledge on how to help her. She's studying at uni and plans on getting a masters and maybe a doctorate, but never goes to her lectures because she's sad or anxious or and I'm struggling with what advice to give her other than "just go". That's the advice I'd give to myself in that situation. I just want tell her to stop feeling sorry for herself and GET UP AND GO. The reason it frustrates me is I know how passionate about uni and learning, not to mention how smart she is, and the fact that she doesn't go to her lectures/classes because she's feeling upset drives me crazy. I understand how horrible panic attacks and feeling anxious can be, as I've struggled with it for years, but I've never not done something I've HAD to because of how I'm feeling. The long distance doesn't help as I can't take her out that night or go pick her up and just spend time with her to take her mind of it or even buy her something, it'll take three days to get delivered. I'm also not very good at having people open up to me, I always feel incredibly uncomfortable, which is probably why I don't do it myself, but I really make an effort to listen to her without giving advice Anyway, I don't want this to come across as a rant about her, I'm so lucky and I wouldn't have anyone else. I could make a post 10x the length of this one taking about how much I love her, so please don't think I don't. I'm just frustrated as she is struggling a lot and I feel like I'm failing her. Any advice is helpful, thank you for reading

I'm having a hell of time navigating my marriage, and just need to vent to something that's not a bot. For background context, I (40M) have been married to my wife (38F) for 17 years, together an entirety of 23 years stemming back from high school. We have 4 children (15/13/11/8) and both work outside of the home. I also have diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar depression. 8 years ago, while I was the sole provider, I began to hit a massive financial wall as my salary did not increase with our 4th child. Instead of discussing this with my wife, I concealed the debt and worked to mitigate it as best as I could on my own, and when the dust settled, we were in pretty deep debt. We climbed out of it, but there is a massive load of resentment there that lingers to this day. Currently, 8 years since that, we find ourselves in a massive rut. I find myself working myself to the bone each and every day, starting getting the kids ready, making breakfast and bringing the little ones to school while my wife takes the older two to high school. I've always been the primary caretaker in the evenings, starting with always being the one to do baths/bedtime routines, as well as any middle of the night illnesses/breaks in sleep. I've been the only one doing laundry, dishes, garbage, house maintenance, and even making sure the kids do their homework. I make dinner nearly every single night as well. The mental load imbalance is staggering, with the logistics of kids and their work/activity schedules. And to top it off, I'm the primary financial planner. I'm the one making sure we anticipate the one-off expenses so they can be met. Recently, my wife and our oldest child are going on a cruise for her 16th birthday. I already figured out the money for the airfare and the cruise itself, but was stunned when they were just going to add another activity that would've nearly doubled the expense, without really consulting me. It's 3 months away, and we have the holidays and such to prepare for. This was a huge fight, as I felt it was a slight to not consider the timing and lack of preparedness to add to the cost of the trip with minimal lead time. Lately, I've been noticing how much more I do around the house. I clean all three levels of the house, my wife refuses to go upstairs or downstairs because she can't stand the messes that occur...that I'm trying to take care of. I find her in the living room, resting most days after work. It's fine and all, until it's every day and I can't trust she'll make dinner for the kids who are home when I shuttle the others across the city after school. I've come home quite a few times around 7, and there's nothing done. By the time I get dinner done and the kids situated, I've got minimal energy before I crash. I've got a lot of stuff on my plate, but what is killer...is the lack of intimacy. Sex only occurs every 2-3 months, and it's a hurry-up and get done with it session. This pales in comparison to vast amount of romance novels she reads, where the characters are getting plowed like roads in Alaska. There's no compliments, physical touch, or any sort of warmth unique to just me. On top of the things I do for others, I write her love notes, surprise her with gifts, and anticipate her needs/wants. Period coming up? I used to be hella good at making sure pads, tampons, and chocolate were stocked, until I lost complete track of her cycles. I proactively refuel her vehicle, take care of her when she's sick, pick up treats and take on as much of the unexpected stuff as possible, for no reason but to make her life better/her happy. However, I cannot stand the lack of reciprocity. She forgets to get the items I text to her prior to getting groceries, and refuses to respond to most texts from me. I can't recall a time when I was sick where she ran to get medicine or anything to comfort me. It's always been an "overreaction" when I get sick. If I'm down and depressed, she just calls me "moody" and asks me if I took my meds. The only thing she cares about when in bed is scrolling Instagram, usually for vacations and the Lindsay Clancy trial discussions (I don’t believe Lindsay did it, very aligned with my wife). She doesn't even make eye contact in the morning/evening, and if I breathe the wrong way, it's a super defensive "what now?". I can't express myself or even have an involuntary reaction to something that disappoints me without her getting extremely upset. I don't have emotional safety at all, so I try to stifle my feelings. She tells me she's still trying to heal from the financial infidelity and that I just need to be patient. It's been two fucking presidential terms. Despite calling herself an empath, she always turns my sorrows into moral failures instead of any reassurance/support. She refuses to go to therapy because it makes her bring up painful things she doesn't want to revisit. We also did marriage counseling, but she abandoned that after she felt it was giving me a platform to excuse the money mistakes. She insists she loves me, but everything she does says otherwise. Our date nights are devoid of real connection, and we always seem to do what she wants exclusively. I anticipate having a lot more hard conversations, but I need for myself for this to be fixed well before we are empty-nesters, because that future in its current state scares the shit out of me. I know I messed up in the past, but it was in an extremely-misguided anxious attempt to shoulder the load alone. I've worked on communicating finances a lot more, but every time we have an argument, it seems the past keeps getting thrown back at me. It feels like penance for the past, and at what point can she process it one way or the other? God, I just want things to be better, but I don't know what other work I need to put in before it becomes her responsibility.
