I play mainly overwatch, rocket league, minecraft, and some other single player games. 19F, my dad works late sometimes, so whenever he works late I usually cook for my two sisters. One is 15 and one is 7. My 15 year old sister loves curry lamb, my 7 year old sister hates curry lamb but loves curry goat. a few months ago, they both wanted curry but wanted me to cook two separate dishes for each of them, so I just made curry lamb and split it into two different pots and told my little sister hers was goat. she ate two whole plates and then asked me if she could bring some with her for lunch the next day. That’s when I realized she truly didn’t even know the difference between them. before this happened once I told her I was just going to make lamb because it was defrosted already and she refused to eat the food that day because she said she hates it so I ended up just getting her a happy meal that day. yesterday, my aunt was over and my sisters wanted curry goat and curry lamb. I said I’d make both, both of them then went to play uno with each other of this. So I go to the kitchen with my aunt and take out only the lamb and my aunt says, “I thought (7 year old) didn’t like lamb?” I explained to her that my little sister can’t tell the difference so I just make lamb and split the pots and that this is way more easier then me making two separate meals. my aunt got very mad at me after this and said this is a form of abusing her and that people who do this only do this to test out how much they can do before poisoning someone’s food. She then said I’m only doing this because I’m going to try to put something harmful I’m her food sooner or later, because I’ve been telling her it’s goat when it’s actually lamb. Figured I'd share this since most of what I read before starting made it sound way harder than it actually was, at least once I stopped overthinking the humidity dome situation. Sowed maybe sixty seeds from a mixed lot, mostly optics and hybrid types, onto a gritty mix topped with fine sand, and kept the container covered for the first month or so just to keep things from drying out during germination. Germination itself was almost anticlimactic. Little green dots showed up within two weeks, looking nothing like lithops and more like tiny cactus seedlings with two fat round leaves fused together. That stage lasts a surprisingly long time. For months they just sit there looking vaguely like green gravel, and it's easy to convince yourself half of them died when really they're just growing at a pace that makes grass seem fast. Lost about a dozen to damping off in the first six weeks, mostly clustered in one corner of the tray where airflow was worse. After that I started removing the cover for an hour a day and the losses stopped almost completely. Also learned the hard way that overhead watering with a spray bottle knocks seedlings sideways and buries them in sand, so I switched to bottom watering in a shallow tray and that solved a problem I didn't know I had. They're at the point now where individual plants are showing real color variation, some grayish green with darker markings, a couple with a reddish tint I wasn't expecting from the seed mix. Still a long way from flowering size but it's satisfying watching something go from a literal speck to a recognizable little stone over the better part of a year. Built a thing that takes a youtube url, grabs the transcript, summarizes it, drops it in notion. ran fine for like a month at 20ish a day. Then i threw a backlog of \~600 videos at it overnight and woke up to a mess. The model was fine. token cost was fine, came in under what i guessed. what died was the transcript step and it died quietly. no error, no retry, nothing in the logs. youtube just starts handing back empty responses once your ip has asked too many times. status 200, empty body. So the flow kept going. summarized nothing, 200+ times, wrote all of it to notion. Didnt catch it for two days, only found out because i opened one at random and it was describing a video that never existed. Still dont know what the model was doing there. Notion rate limited me too around run 300 but whatever, you just batch that. And i had no retry logic at all so the first hard failure took the whole run down and i couldnt tell where it stopped. my fault, not blaming anyone. If youre building something like this, check the transcript length before you pass it on. if its under a few hundred chars just stop. thats the whole fix, took me two days to figure out.

If the substrate isn't there, that machinery is running idle. Spreading protein across 4-5 meals produces better muscle protein synthesis signaling than front-loading it into fewer meals. Each protein meal triggers an MPS pulse - more meals means more pulses per day. This matters more when you're trying to build on a cycle than when you're just maintaining. **Calories by goal** For bulking: 200-300 calories above maintenance. Going higher produces more fat gain without proportionally more muscle. SARMs don't change that ceiling - a 1,000-calorie surplus on LGD-4033 produces a lot of fat gain, not double the muscle. For cutting: a 300-500 calorie deficit is the practical range. An aggressive deficit undermines the anabolic signal that makes the cycle worth running. Ostarine at 20mg in a 900-calorie deficit is a waste of the compound - the catabolic pressure from severe restriction outpaces the muscle preservation effect. For recomp: maintenance calories or a modest deficit of 200-300 calories. The Ostarine Phase II cachexia trials showed simultaneous lean mass gain and fat loss at maintenance, which supports this approach. **HDL - the diet angle specific to SARMs** SARMs suppress HDL 30-40% during a cycle. Dietary fat selection actually matters here in a way it doesn't as much when you're not on cycle. Omega-3 supplementation at 2-4g of EPA+DHA per day has consistent evidence for modest HDL support and triglyceride reduction - the AHA recognizes it for lipid management. This is the supplement most worth adding during a SARM cycle from a cardiovascular standpoint. Oats, olive oil, and avocado all have beta-glucan and monounsaturated fat content with some evidence for HDL maintenance. These aren't going to reverse 40% HDL suppression on their own, but they're pulling in the right direction when HDL is already taking a hit. **Liver considerations** Alcohol stays out of a cycle - covered in depth elsewhere. On the food side, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower contain diindolylmethane (DIM) and support hepatic phase II detoxification pathways. This isn't a direct defense against SARM-induced cholestatic injury, but general liver health support is sensible when the organ is already processing a research compound it wasn't designed to handle. Limiting acetaminophen to genuinely necessary doses during a cycle is worth doing. Combining a hepatotoxic OTC drug with a compound that carries its own hepatic signal adds up. **Water retention and sodium** LGD-4033 and RAD-140 both cause water retention in a lot of users, particularly in the first 3-4 weeks. Sodium doesn't cause the retention directly - the compounds do through their hormonal effects - but eating a very high sodium diet on top of cycle-induced retention makes it worse. Staying around 2,000-2,500mg of sodium per day is reasonable without being obsessive about it. The bigger lever is avoiding highly processed foods, which deliver most excess sodium in the average diet anyway. **TLDR:** Protein at 1g per lb of bodyweight minimum, higher on a cut. Skip alcohol, limit acetaminophen, and keep sodium moderate if water retention is an issue. SARMs amplify training and nutrition - they don't replace them. Got it today. Honestly, Tudor was one of those brands that I never really connected with before this watch. I’d loved the way they looked in photos, and then I’d try them on in person and it just didn’t really click for me. Then I tried this on…and well…here we are. I get it now. This watch punches way above its price point.

So I have finally moved out and want my own pet, figured I'd go for something smaller than a cat or dog first, and I love how cute jumping spiders are. My main concerns: I'm essentially learning how to take care of two insect species, the jumper and its food. Oh and the plants in the enclosure too. Their short life spans so I'd essentially grieve them as soon as I got them, and no I don't want to breed the spider itself, just the food to save money and pet store trips. It's sort of reassuring that even if there was a vet locally there isn't much you can do to help jumpers (from what I've researched anyway) so surgery/med anxiety is not applicable, and anything I can do to help there are online communities to ask for advice. Are they fast? I'm aware that handling varies by personality of the jumper but even opening the enclosure to feed them would be stressful, the last thing I want is the spider escaping and dying somewhere I can't find it. I think those are the main ones. Any reassurance, help, or even telling me to not get one would be useful. But if I find the confidence, I will definitely buy the enclosure and get into the habit of misting and caring for it and the plants maybe a month before getting an actual spider.

This may be a long shot. I’ve been playing pokemon brilliant diamond on Eden on my AYN Thor and was having a blast (16 hours in, which is a long time for me being a dad of 2 with little time). I have a problem with NOT having a bowel movement, I had to drink a half a bottle of magnesium citrate, 2 laxatives, 1Pedia.Lax , and 4 laxative Waters that taste like orange juice, and I take Linzess that helps me be able to eat without pain and helps with bowel movements but it's not helping with bowel movements as much anymore, I will take recommendations for pooping...(It took almost 2 days for me to start pooping, it's BAD)

The lens double the output of the ray receiver. Critical photons go from 24/min to 48/min. Power draw goes from 480 MW to 960 MW (and oddly it goes from "+300%" to "+700%", not quite sure why this is more than double and what this number indicates). Hits the sphere hard too. Luckily I was only at about 50% usage on this sphere, but it's rising quickly and only a few receivers are using the new lens on this planet. For photons I already had to drop some white sorters on the belts, started getting overloaded. This is gonna...change a lot about this build. For curiosity, it also changes the colour of the faint halo around the receiver tower as well as the overall aurora (green to purple, kinda hard to see in these pics - faint change in center right).

Today after work I went to my old neighbor's place . Let's say that the guy (G) deal in medicinal plants and I had to get some. We chilled for a bit and the dog helped me being patient. What really concerned me was that there was no concern at all. His berating was harsh and cold, his voice pure anger. Whatever. I'm here to get my... plant. It was at that point that the dog's behavior completely flipped. It ran over and started aggressively chugging water, a few minutes later, he started peeing. Like I said, I don't know much about dogs, but I recalled that G told me that he got that dog during summer from a guy who supposedly abused it. According to G, the dog world was pretty much a basement with very little contact toward anyone. So I thought that the dog was just simply adjusting. In hindsight it probably was terrified of G. Instead of seeing that the dog was panicked, G just lost his mind. He... well, he pretty much abused the dog. I'm talking heavy slaps, lots of screaming, he even threw it a little bit, the dog was airborne for a sec. It happened a second time, when the dog peed in the balcony. At that point I just wanted to get out of here so I urged G a little. The whole dynamic in that house was just too much anyway. The guy is verbally abusive to his girlfriend, and from what I saw and already knew, she’s dealing with drinking problems and a ton of her own issues, so the vibe in there is probably always incredibly volatile. My background is in social work, so I can see the cycle clear as day and it’s infuriating. Still, imma be honest, even with my background, I don't think that I will get involved anymore, nor will I report anything. As I so elegantly implied with G's medicinal plants business, there are sketchy dynamics involved, so I have to protect my own boundaries and safety first, but man, I just needed to vent this to people who get how messed up it is. It's probably selfish and it's definitely awful but man... I'm already feeling burned out from work. I just wanted to relax after said work, not having some more. That sounds really selfish but yeah.

Anakins ghost tells Ben about SK, locked in a bacta tank in a bunker lost after the fall of the Empire, he goes off and finds him to help resolve one of Anakins regrets, they bond/discuss the Dark Side and Ben helps him heal while solving conflicts on the far edges of the outer rim while Ben works for his redemption etc. Then factoring in Rey and whatever she's doing, maybe rebuilding the order or just helping around atm. So much to work with. Honestly I'm just starving for some Sequel content. I want to see what's past the final movie. True unexplored territory.

Hi all! (TL;DR at the bottom) I've been DM'ing for about 10 months now, and absolutely loving it. I (and my players) found out pretty quickly that I am a pretty secretive DM. Besides setting the scene for different locations, and generally describing environments visually, I tell my players as little as possible, almost *nothing*, and ONLY through actual conversations with NPCs or other interactions in-game (I don't even really talk about previous sessions, in between sessions, in fear of spilling some info accidentally). We've now hit a point where the players are encountering a lot more varied enemies, with attacks, abilities and spells that are completely new to them, and they're also beginning to find magic items more frequently. So my questions are these: Question 1: What should I tell them about the enemies they're fighting besides appearances and generally colorful descriptions of their actions in combat? Should I downright tell them "So, that was a Night Hag" (when combat has ended?) - and "Enemy number one casts Plane Shift"? Question 2: What do I tell them upfront about magic items? Say one player finds "Gulthias Staff" (yes, we are currently playing CoS), what the hell should I tell them about the staff? They'll have no idea what it does, let alone what they can do with it, if I don't tell them somehow. Question 3: What to tell my players about monsters resistances and/or immunities? (I guess give a colorful description about the impact a certain damage type has on the enemy?) I guess overall I wanna make sure my players understand the most important things, but I have no idea what the "custom" is for spilling details about various mechanics. Also, I'm no stranger to homebrewing and twisting certain aspects of the rules for the benefit of the game overall. I would just really like to know if it's stated somewhere *officially* in any of the rulebooks, or if anyone has some good advice! So my Tally Hall obsession died a couple of years ago and I've only learned about band updates intermittently through other social media platforms. I actually muted this sub for some reason, I honestly can't remember why. Maybe y'all were just annoying, idk. Anyway, so the whole Blind Pig thing as I'll be calling it now came across my feed on Instagram which made me curious and ask what's going on? As far as I can tell, it's all very confusing because there are multiple different sources. Matthew Altruda says it's just a dance party. Needlejuice currently handles all of Tally Hall's music and Jace McLain, one of the founders, says it's a full reunion. I have yet to find a source that isn't a screenshot, maybe it's also because I don't use Discord that much. So like...what's going on, I genuinely don't know.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the developer and team on Mk 3. I was not a user of Mks 1 and 2, and figured with the recalibrated strategy for the app, I would give this a go. I'll admit to being a serial iPhone camera app user and spend too much money trying out the various apps, new features, and novel approaches to iPhone photography. In the current camera app world, I find myself consistently returning to Halide Mk 3 and the new Image Lab, either for use SOOC from Halide or as an editor in partnership with CAMAC app and its super resolution or enhanced dynamic range Raw files. In either case, Halide is simply a joy to use and I'm excited to see what 3.2 and beyond bring. Cheers.

And now we're seeing tools specifically designed to make AI writing look less like AI writing.
