I'm a bit new to elden ring but I'm finishing my first fun run and want to do a knight/solider challenge run. The rules are simple, 1. gotta use the stuff that the soliders/knights use 2. Can't kill soldier that I'm wearing the same stuff as, example can't kill God rick soliders if I have their gear on or god rick himself I just need help with the location of the gear incase I need to farm and for the sets I can just find what is allowed and not (some solider have the frenzy flame and does just mohg and rahdan the only ones who have to die for me to access the dlc?

Unless I drive it slow the vehicle won’t stay straight I feel like I’m u fighting against the car. The avc is down to zero any advice or tips I have a dx3 remote. The steering trim is set properly.

I've been reading or listening to LitRPG for the past couple years. I initially started with Dungeon Crawler Carl, and I loved it. I've been expanding to other series since then, with varying degrees of success. I'm looking for some new ideas of series I might enjoy. A summary of things I've liked and disliked in other LitRPG books is below, as well as a list of books I've read and my feelings. I both read books and listen to books on Audible. For my next Audible book (which I need to choose in this weekend), some I am considering are below. **-- Possible Next Book on Audible --** 1. **Infinite Realm Book 2** \-- Loved first book (see below) and feels like good buy being 35 hours, but concerned than 2nd book is primarily Zach chapters rather than Ryun, and Ryun chapters started moving towards town building in Book 1 (currently \~20 hours in to book). 2. **Primal Hunter Book 3** \-- While I don't like Primal Hunter as much as Infinite Realm, I enjoy the series and have heard that book 3 is better than previous. Again concerned about focus may change towards town building, following direction of book 2. 3. **Iron Prince** \-- Fits with my interest in academy, rivals, rankings, tournaments, underdog, well written, etc. It's also feels like a good buy at 34 hours and seems like one of the highest rated litRPG books of all time. I am concerned that it may not be heavy enough into traditional stat focused litRPG as I'd like. 4. **Hell Difficulty Tutorial** \-- The survival focus with escalating difficulty sounds right up my alley. I also like dark MCs and dark stories like this, although may be too much of a sociopath for my tastes. I understand that there are also issues with the righting. It could be hit or miss, but I think it would be an interesting read either way. 5. **The Grand Game** \-- I don't know much about the series, but what I do know sounds very promising -- survival focused dungeon crawl, discovering gamified new system and world, no town building, etc.   **-- Things I Like --** **Stat Based LitRPG –** I prefer a world that includes a stat based RPG system, where characters progress over time through overcoming challenges.    Ideally the magic system would be complex,  well thought out,  and unique from others in the genre.  **Well Developed, Complex,  Overpowered Characters –** I prefer characters that have complex motivations beyond simply wanting to be stronger or wanting to survive.  Characters that struggle with social/societal rules often appeal to me, but are not just a sociopath. I like to see an underdog I can root for that overcomes challenges or overwhelming odds to succeed and grow increasingly overpowered.    I like characters that develop and change over time.  **Well Written with World Building –** I like vivid descriptions of a new, complex, and well thought out world.  I want to discover details of how the unique world works over time, as the MC does.  I like plots with fitting twists that I did not see coming, without ass pulls.       **Dark Tone –** I dislike stories where everyone is happy/friendly, and everything works out well for all developed characters.  I instead prefer a dark and unforgiving world, where main characters struggle and don’t always succeed.   It’s more rewarding to see a character overcome after being broken than always be successful at everything.        **Struggle for Survival –** Ideally emphasizing a survival game/dungeon/tower, where only a minority of persons make it past each level, with increasing rewards/power for those who do advance/survive. **Leaderboard Ranking --**  Ideally ranking is linked to meaningful consequences for persons in ranking, with jockeying ranks among familiar characters, beyond just MC is powerful. **Animal Companion –** Ideally an equal partnership with an intelligent animal that has a complex personality, rather than a simple servant that follows orders.  I am partial to dogs, and to lesser extent wolves/coyotes. **Magic Academy –** I enjoy a story taking place in an academy/school/training academy type setting, particularly where the different interesting characters attending the academy are rivals that compete with each other. **Tournaments  –** Tournament arcs are often my favorite part of the story. **Works Well as an Audiobook  –** I listen to more litRPG books than I read.  For audiobooks, it’s important to have a quality voice actor, particularly when doing voices for opposite gender.   Frequent long stat sheets may not come across well. I prefer longer audiobooks or ones in the Audible Plus catalog, as they feel like a better buy. **-- Things I Dislike --** **Emphasis on Town Building –** Prefer as little as possible **Emphasis on Romance / Sex –** I dislike harem books, as well as weird or creepy relationships. **Lack of Stats/RPG Elements –** I favor stats/RPG over pure cultivation without stats.   **-- Series I Enjoyed --** **Dungeon Crawler Carl Series** – My favorite series overall. In addition to litRPG, I especially like survival game aspect with only a fraction of crawlers remaining after each floor, partnering with a sentient pet (would have preferred a dog), complex RPG system with wide variety of stats yet without regularly reading long stat sheets, power advancement with leaderboard showing ranking of all crawlers, learning about an interesting world including satisfactory explanation of why game-like world exists, and unique array of memorable characters (including unique classes/races) with relationships that develop and change over time, including a snarky AI. My favorite character is Prepotente. Among the 8 books, my favorite is book 5 -- The Butcher's Masquerade, and least favorites are book 2 and book 8. I felt that the first 3 books still hadn't fell in to the winning formula (particularly book 2), and the later books became more outlandish and vulgar than I'd prefer.  I was particularly disappointed that the recent book (Parade of Horribles) moves away from stats and litRPG elements I enjoy, and eliminates the leaderboard.  I hope that future books do not continue in this direction. Jeff Hays makes the audiobook voices incredible… more so than any other title below, but I enjoy reading the books as well.  **Monsters & Legends (Infinite Realm Series)** – This is the book I’m currently listening to. I’m \~20 hours through the first book, and I love it.  The book has excellent world building and story telling, compared to others in genre.   The character motivations and decisions are often simplistic with plot holes, but I still find the story captivating, particularly the present (in Infinite Realm) Ryun chapters.    I find that Ryun is an especially interesting  antihero, with learning about basic social interactions with humans, as well as the new world.   He comes across more as a chaotic neutral demigod with autistic traits figuring out what he wants to do in the new world, rather than just another sociopath.  While nobody in their right mind would agree with many of his decisions, I found it is easy associate with him and quickly cared what happened to him.   Somewhat like DCC, I enjoyed the partnership with an intelligent wolf, rather than working with a traditional team of heroes/adventurers.  The Zach story and related characters are less captivating, but still enjoyable.  The power system that combines litRPG stats, cultivation, titles, and skill paths is interesting; but sometimes feels like trying to combine too many things at once that don’t always mesh well with one another.   This contributes to stat sheets becoming excessive  when listening to the audiobook. **Primal Hunter** – I’ve listened to the first 2 books and plan to read or listen to book 3.    There are many similar Earth is suddenly integrated in to a gamified system with overpowered MC stories. There are many issues with the writing, cringy dialogue, generic plot, characters,  bringing little new to the genre, etc.  This improves somewhat of the course of the 2 books.   It’s not what I’d consider to be a good book from a technical perspective, yet it’s still one of my favorites in the genre.  Once I got in to the story, I couldn’t put it down.  In addition to learning about the new RPG world and seeing the MC overcome challenges and become more powerful;  I liked the survival element, with the number of tutorial participants rapidly decreasing.  I also liked how the book starts out with a group of coworkers figuring out system together, with different tutorial participants finding different strategies for survival and related interactions, rather than MC starting out alone.   I could relate to some of the personal and office worker relationships, and was more easily able to picture what I’d to in the situation than others in genre.   **Quest Academy Series** – I listened to book 1, read book 2, and am currently reading book 3 (Saviors).   There are many things I like about the series – magic/superpower academy setting, underdog tournament/tower arcs and other competitions between students with emphasis on leaderboard/ranking, trying to prevent future catastrophes by making changes in the present and seeing related effects of small decisions, MC progressing over time, etc.  I found the protagonist likable, although I disliked the popular kid at school fantasy/harem aspects.  The crafting element was interesting, but sometimes became a larger portion of the story than I’d like.  For example, the first \~150 pages of the book I’m currently reading was primarily about the MC crafting/weaving in a workshop.  I would have preferred less time crafting and more time relating to tower, classes, interstudent competitions,  or similar.  Overall I have enjoyed each book of the series and plan to continue, but not my favorite. **He Who Fights With Monsters** \-- I listened to book 1-3. I’ve delayed further books for now, as I’ve heard some negative things about changes in book 4-6. I enjoy the complex magic system and well thought out story. However, with this complexity I had trouble starting with the written books and prefer audiobooks. I'm not a big fan of the protagonist, particularly the artificially contrived situations involving his go to policy of acting like a fool and disrespecting gods/kings/everyone always working and then having someone describe why it is a brilliant strategy.  I also find the “adventuring is fun” tone of the series brighter than I’d like.  Nevertheless, I enjoyed each of 3 books I have listened to. **Victor Of Tuscon Series (Pit Fighter)** \-- I listened to book 1, read book 2, and have book 3 ready to go on Audible.  I did not find the book particularly well written, with little complexity, clever solutions to problems, character development, and such.  Nevertheless, I quickly became invested in Victor and wanted to see him survive and overcome the many challenging circumstances.   I like stories where the MC has Job-like devastating events constantly overwhelming him/her to extreme challenges like this.   Unlike many other litRPG on this list, I like that there is little focus on building/organizing towns or leading the world, and the primary focus is instead on survival and getting stronger.    I also found the power system that combines stat based level with spirit cores interesting.   It’s a simple and pleasurable read/listen for me. **Mother of Learning** \-- I listened to book 1. This is another magic academy book, with the progression fantasy being a time loop. I think is well written and enjoyed the unique characters and story (compared to what I have read before). I enjoyed the book and will read or listen to book 2 at some point.  I’ve prioritized reading other books because I felt more captivated and interested in continuing and seeing what happens with other alternatives books, perhaps because of I found new challenges more captivating than repetition time loop with similar challenges. **-- Series I Enjoyed Early Books, But Lost Interest Later On --** **Sufficiently Advanced Magic** \-- I listened book 1, read book 2, and really enjoyed both. Unfortunately I didn’t feel the same about book 3, and did not finish the book. I enjoyed the magic academy interactions, tower with deadly puzzles, character advancement, and non-traditional protagonist. However, book 3 moves away from the academy setting and didn't have these aspects (at start), so didn't really appeal to me. **Defiance of the Fall** – I read the first 5 books.   It was slow to start up and there were times I almost didn't make it through the first book, but by the end of the first book I became hooked and invested in the characters. However, after taking a break following book 5 for a couple months, the series didn’t have the same appeal.  I tried continuing with book 6 multiple times, but just didn’t find it as appealing as the many other alternative litRPG options.   I think I preferred the earlier books with the MC learning about the new world and becoming more overpowered including  having a world leaderboard (or multi-world via Tower), to the increasing focus on town building in later books. **Master Hunter K Series** \-- I listened to book 1, read book 2, and originally planned to read book 3 in future.   However, when I started book 3 after a break, the series didn’t have the same appeal for me.  I don't think this is a good series. The first book begins with a simplistic formula and power system. A ridiculously overpowered protagonist clears every raid at 100% + bonus items, then gets rewards, makes purchases, and becomes even more overpowered.  Other raid participants (rarely teammates) are always astonished when they discover how overpowered he is, with varied reactions and interactions.  There is also a surprisingly detailed description of eating a different type of meal between raids. Raid chapter, rewards/purchases/meal chapter, repeat. There is no character development and few characters reappear. There   are also some racism/stereotypes, sort of like an 80s movie, but towards non-Korean characters. This is toned down in the audiobook (only compared book 1 audiobook with written book). While on paper I shouldn't like this series, something about the early books appealed to me that is difficult to quantify. Sometimes it's nice to have a simple survivor game story with an overpowered MC like this. **A Testament of Steel** \-- Another academy book, but focused more on fighting with swords than magic. I enjoyed the underdog gradually becoming overpowered aspect and immediately read book 2 after listening to the audiobook. I don’t think I'll continue with book 3, which appears to move away from the academy setting and add more emphasis to the romance and past lives aspects.  **-- Mixed Feelings –** **The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound**  \-- I enjoyed the first book, but probably will not continue to the second.   The new world system integration in to a stat based game,  overpowered MC, and other aspects of the book  reminds me of Primal Hunter or Defiance of the Fall, but I did not enjoy the story as much as either of these titles.  I wasn’t a fan of emphasis on town building, skill based power system, how things artificially seem to work out for the somewhat developed characters, etc.   While I enjoyed the book, there are many other titles I’d choose before continuing the series.  **Path of The Berserker**  \-- I enjoyed the first book, but not enough to continue to book 2.   I found the story of overpowering a vicious neighborhood bully to be simplistic; but also appealing, interesting, and unique from traditional litRPG; with an underdog I can root for.    The  story feels like it’s being very loosely inspired by a historical occupation I am not aware of, with aliens having Asian characteristics (one of the characters calls them  “space Japs”) and forcing related culture and caste system, which I found distracting.   I also wasn’t a big fan of xianxia over traditional litRPG progression.  Some of the audio voices need some work.  The Berserker system messages remind me of an over-the-top imitation of Aku from Samurai Jack.  **Induction** \-- I enjoyed the first book as an audiobook, but it didn't appeal to me as much as the titles above. The story and power system seemed more generic and not as well thought out as other titles I have read.  I prefer stories with an overpowered MC to ones where MC starts and remains behind everyone else (perhaps this changes after book 1).    I don’t plan to continue the series with book 2. **Forge Master (Tower Series)** – I may have read this book in the wrong order.  It felt like I was starting in the later season of a TV show, with not having read the 10 books in the Nova Terra (Titan) series beforehand where the MC presumably developed his over the top powers and gained his companions.  The litRPG system didn’t appeal to me as much as others, with the MC becoming more powerful via forging rather than fighting.    I found the book largely forgettable. **Wasteland Warlords Book 1** \-- I gave the first book a try, as it's a free title on Audible. Short, simple, and straightforward. It was interesting enough for me to finish the first book, but don't plan to read book 2. I prefer all titles above. **Life Reset** – The first book was barely a net positive overall for me. I found the betrayed by friends and trapped in a game story aspect interesting, but overall it feels like a generic story with a gimmick (MC is a goblin).   It also focuses mostly on town building, and I found the MC less likable than other series.  The romance with an underage goblin comes off as weird and creepy.  I will not continue this series. **-- Series I Did Not Enjoy --** **Unsouled (Cradle)** \-- I started the book, but only made it through the past couple chapters. I never became invested in the characters or what happened to them. Maybe there was lack of gradual world building with too much being introduced to fast to get attached, or cultivations are not my preferred story.  I am aware that a large portion of readers feel differently, and maybe 2 chapters was not enough to give the book a fair chance.   I’ll try again at some point, perhaps after finishing Saviors (Quest Academy). **Dungeon Life**  – I have similar comments as Life Reset --  a generic story with a gimmick (MC is a dungeon).   The dungeon building didn’t appeal to me in the same way that town building doesn’t appeal to me.  Unfortunately  low stakes dungeon building was nearly the entire book.  I found the MC’s personality bland.  It’s not my book. **Ready Player One** – I see this book regularly labeled as litRPG or progression fantasy, even though it has few litRPG elements.   There are levels, but the book has little focus on litRPG aspects beyond this, so didn’t appeal to me. I also think it's written poorly. 

I recently switched HIMS AME's and will have my first visit with him in October which is the 6 month renewal of my 1 year class 2 medical. Historically, I would go to my AME at the 6 month midpoint and he would print out the new medical and MedExpress was only an annual event. Do you think I need to do MedExpress for the 6 months visit or will the AME's names have been switched automatically? But when I turn the slider on for proactive assistance it automatically turns itself off, either right away or when I navigate back to that menu. Very curious if this feature is coming to my phone since it has a lot of potential

Not me, but my bonus daughter. Her father was picking her up from one practice or another and he had to walk inside to get her. He’s a childhood cancer survivor and went through some extreme treatment during an era where they were still trying to figure out how to treat chemo, etc. It was incredibly traumatic for him and impacted every area of his growth and bodily development. He’s not a big guy and walks with a sway in his gait. One of her teammates made a joke about his size, trying to make fun of him. She replied with, “He’s small because he’s a childhood cancer survivor,” and just walked away as they tried to recover from her comment with their mouths open looking complete chagrined.

It would be wrong to say that I have experienced manifestations, but I have seen manifestation happening in front of me. I, it happened to me. And it was something not out of my choice. So I've been running the numbers recently and especially since both me and my fiance were and I recently got a new promotion I thought I would run the numbers again and I actually take a look at the local housing market near me. I wouldn't say I make a lot of money but between me and my fiance we are most definitely comfortable I'm contributing to my 401k paying back debts well beyond the minimum required and still saving up emergency funds. Because I finished a service obligation in the military I have access to a VA home loan and I'm strongly considering the $200,000 range of houses as a starter home where I live since that can get me like a 1200 to 1,000 ft 2 to 4 bedroom house. Hi all! First of all, sorry for my english, not my first language. So me and my boyfriend have been together for 6 years. He moved in with me 3 years ago. At first, we were fine. I don’t want to go all the way into our relationship but the baseline is that he hasn’t really shown any interest or feelings towards me in the last couple of months. I feel so lonely. But he “didn’t notices it” and he “doesn’t think he is out that much”. But on the other hand when he is in an other mood, he is talking to me and he always plans our future together. He tells me he wants to support me and my ideas, always planning our future and goals, etc. and I just don’t understand how he is good with us like this. How is he not noticing that we are in a sinking ship and that this relationship is literally dying in front of him? I get so bored of him. It’s boring being with him in an emotionless relationship where he is so comfortable. I am 43 yo and just recently discovered I have a fibroid. In 2020, I developed pelvic floor dysfunction (possibly from the lockdown stress and lack of exercises.) I went to the ER thinking I had a UTI but everything came back negative. I went to pelvic floor therapy for a year and then fell off the tracks. My urge to pee never really went away. It has calm down a bit by doing breathing exercises and stretches. But when it is near ovulation or my period, that feeling of urge ramped up by 100x. Long story short, I got an anxiety attack out of nowhere last week. I went to the ER unable to urinate on my own. The nurse gave me a warm water to sit on and I was able to urinate a little bit with a weak stream. They were able to culture me, again it was negative. That urge to pee, unable to empty the bladder feeling, and hesitancy are driving me insane. And also the lack of sleep. I was able to squeeze in for a urgogyn appointment yesterday and told the doc my symptoms for all these years. I told her its because of my pelvic floor dysfunction causing my urge to pee and bladder fullness feeling. The doc performed the pelvic exam and also pressed on my lower abdomen. She felt something lumpy. Then proceeded to the vaginal exam to check. Lo and behold she felt a fibroid in my uterus. She immediately said this has been the cause of your urge to pee and bladder fullness feeling. Then I asked her, I see my gynecologist every year and how did she miss a fibroid. I am wondering did I eat something that speed up the growth of my fibroid. I had a pelvic exam in May and now in September this doc found a fibroid in me. I do not get pain from it. My only symptoms are urge to pee, bladder fullness, and heavy period (days 1-2). Right now, I am waiting for my pelvic MRI to see how big the fibroid is. Does anyone have similar experiences like me? Two weeks into the 9 fl oz bottle of Pureology hydrate shampoo, model P1863500, which at 39 dollars is the most I've ever paid for something that goes down the drain. That's four times what a CeraVe costs and above even the Redken bottles, and I read the ingredient list and a lot of complaint threads before handing that over, since the only reason I tried it was dry, wrecked ends that nothing cheaper was fixing. The formula is a cream rather than a liquid and it barely foams, which threw me for the first two washes because my brain says lather equals clean. Sulfate free means that's normal. Hair does come out softer, properly softer, and the difference showed up by the third wash rather than immediately. I'm living in a house that's being renovated around me, so there's plaster dust in the air permanently and my hair takes a beating, and this rinses that out without the squeaky stripped feeling I get off the medicated stuff. Green tea scent is light and doesn't hang around, which matters when you're washing at odd hours and then sleeping. My problem is the 310 gram bottle. Nine fluid ounces at 39 dollars is brutal, it's gone in six weeks at four washes a week, and you need a decent amount per wash because of how little it foams. A 4.6 average across 19,340 ratings with 20,000 selling a month sounds solid until you notice the pile mixes the shampoo, the conditioner and the litre refill bottles together, and some of those five stars are plainly about a different product in the range entirely. Colour treated hair is the target market and I'm not that, so half the benefit is wasted on me. Washing at odd hours means my hair air dries while I sleep, and with this it dries soft instead of crunchy, which the cheap bottles never managed. The pump on the bottle is a simple flip cap rather than a pump, awkward with wet hands, and the tall narrow shape falls over in a caddy constantly. Nothing here justifies 39 dollars on paper, not the ingredient list and certainly not the bottle size. What justifies it, if anything does, is that my ends stopped snapping and nothing under 20 dollars had achieved that in a year of trying. Do people here actually get more than six or seven weeks out of a 9 ounce Pureology bottle, or is that just how fast it goes for everyone?

I maintain a forecasting pipeline, about 1,400 lines of R across twelve files, that reshapes API data into a panel and feeds a model refit. Last month I refactored the reshaping step, broke something, and did not notice for two days. That prompted a small experiment. I took the pipeline at its last known good commit, introduced forty mutations by hand (wrong column names, shifted date arithmetic, dropped factor levels, silent class coercions), then measured how many each of five validation approaches caught before final output. The five: testthat snapshots on intermediate data frames, assertr chains at each join, validate rules written against the data dictionary, stopifnot on dimensions and classes, and pointblank agent scans. Each ran against all forty mutations. I recorded hits, misses, and false alarms. pointblank caught 34 of 40. validate caught 28. assertr 25. testthat snapshots 22. stopifnot 17. The ranking mostly tracked expectations, except pointblank's edge over validate came almost entirely from silent class coercions, five of its six additional catches. I also run verdent with in-loop verification during the editing cycle, but that covers a different stage than pipeline validation at rest. The surprise was false alarms. pointblank flagged eleven against validate's three, which reverses the ranking if you score by net useful signals. I have no principled way to weight a false alarm against a miss. The cost ratio almost certainly varies by context, and I could not find a standard penalty framework anywhere in the R validation literature. Does one exist outside clinical trial statistics, or does everyone just pick a number?

I’m honestly so tired of having panic attacks and constantly being scared that another one is going to happen. I’m 15, and this all started back in August. A day ago, I had the worst panic attack I’ve ever had. They usually happen before I go to sleep, like every 2–3 days. And because of all this, I feel like even my appearance has changed. My face used to look more toned, and I had a pretty defined jawline, but now I feel like it’s slowly disappearing. I’ve been doing gua sha massages, so it’s not THAT bad for now. My eyes also used to have this kind of “fox-eye” look (I don’t really know how to describe it), and now they just… don’t look the same anymore. I can’t really explain it. I’ve been shaking, losing my appetite, feeling tired and sleepy all the time. I’ve also become way more irritable and rude. Sometimes I get this weird pain around my heart, or at least somewhere in that area, and sometimes my stomach hurts too (not often, though). Sometimes it gets hard to breathe, I start freaking out, and I can’t even tell if I’m having a panic attack or if something else is wrong. But usually it all goes away after like 3 minutes. It’s honestly awful. Ugh 🤐

I try to follow my deen and live a fairly conservative lifestyle, so ideally I'd want a practicing woman who wears hijab. But then I realized... I barely meet anyone 😂 So I'm wondering, should I actually start making an effort to expand my social circle with marriage in mind, or just focus on building myself and let things happen naturally? So basically the idea is to use two SD8 as Splitters for our IEM rack, since if we want real Splitters in the rack, we would need to get a new bigger rack. All inputs sent directly out again from/to the SD8. The two SD8 would be connected over AES50 to our X32 rack, one SD8 at the back for the drums and one at the front of the stage for Guitars, Bass, Piano and Vocals. Are we going to piss off the FoH guys this way or should it be fine since we won‘t change gain on the channels on stage?
