My 6-month-old has had a persistent rash for the past couple of weeks, and I’m trying to understand whether we may be dealing with more than one type of rash. Our pediatrician recommended to just keep it dry. Then it got worse and she said to use clotrimazole twice daily because Candida was suspected. I’ve been using it as directed and being very careful to keep the folds dry — gently patting rather than rubbing, airing them out, changing wet bibs/clothes, and keeping the house cool with AC. It has also been very hot outside lately. Some of the original neck areas seem better, but new red areas continue to appear. He now has redness extending from his neck onto his upper chest/shoulder, another bright area toward the back/side of the neck, and some redness in his armpit/arm folds. Sometimes the folds become very bright red and shiny and then look significantly paler later. Heat, sweating, tummy time/army crawling and friction seem to make everything much redder. At the same time, the skin over his neck, chest and shoulders has become extremely dry, rough and flaky. His cheeks also become very red and rough but can improve dramatically within hours. This makes me wonder whether there is an eczema/irritant dermatitis component on top of whatever is happening in the folds. He also has a completely different-looking rash on his abdomen: separate round/oval red patches. Some older ones have gotten larger and brighter around the edges while the centers are beginning to become lighter. There are also some newer small scattered spots on his back and around the groin/scrotal area. These don’t look like the moist/shiny fold rash to me, so I haven’t been putting clotrimazole all over his body. Has anyone had a baby with **candidal intertrigo plus eczema/irritant dermatitis at the same time**, or a rash that behaved like this? Did heat, drool and crawling/friction cause dramatic flares? If your pediatrician/dermatologist thought Candida was involved but clotrimazole wasn’t clearing everything, what did they ultimately diagnose? I’m following our pediatrician’s treatment and will be discussing the new changes with them, so I’m not looking to replace medical care — I’d mainly love to hear whether anyone has experienced a similar combination of very dry/flaky dermatitis, inflamed folds and separate round body patches.

At least thats what i think it is? I have moments where i drift off to sleep and i feel like i’m wide awake somewhere else, not in bed. Sometimes i would see myself, my room, my arms, nothing too crazy or something that’s far away from my reach/sight. It also feels really weird and when i snap off this state i wake up with a jolt. I’ve tried so so hard to fight “waking up” and stay in that state but i find it difficult to do so and sometimes if i realize whats happening it all goes dark just like a tv being turned off. Tl;DR Shoot the antenna on the APC. About 2-3 mags with a rifle will destroy it and render the APC useless. Hello there, I am here to discuss and share some not very well known knowledge about the APC and how to counter it with just small arms fire. For starters, The APC always spawns whenever any team reaches 20 points, doesn't matter if you're losing or winning, 20 points whenever any team acquires that many points. Additionally, driving it to spawn awards a decent amount of cash, about 3k if i remember correctly. The biggest bonus however, is after you park it, anyone who spawns in it, lives for a set amount of time after deploying, and any kills they get with it awards you with cash and exp for Driver. This is a very strong money generator and exp farmer for driver players. However once you die or about a set amount of time passes, you wont get any more exp. Now for the juicy part for people who really need to know this in detail. The APC is extremely vulnerable to small arms fire in a way most players don't recognize. The antenna that's on the apc is what allows it to get players to spawn in it, as such, shoot it with small arms fire. It takes around 2-3 mags with a rifle to destroy it, experiment with the firing range to test different weapons and how many bullets it takes. 2-3 mags may seem like a lot for a single dude, but two counter points. 1. Preventing a quick and easy source for the enemy team from respawning is a massive hindrance and knee capping to them. 2. Grab a random or a buddy, now the ammo sync isn't as massive. If the antenna is destroyed, you can absolutely make their huge blocky mobile spawn zone a paperweight and utterly useless (Note that it does not need to be fully deployed in order to destroy it, granted it makes it a much harder Target). I will talk about the counter to this at the end as i need to get into the financial side now. Unfortunately, you don't get much money for doing this so it's not the most rewarding financially, however I will now lead to the destroying aspects of it. The APC will be destroyed from my own testing, about 3 C4 Charges, sometimes 4 or more depending heavily on where you place them. The rear and sides are weaker than the front as you can imagine. The mortar is a good counter to APC's in bases, provided you have the right angle and they do not properly protect it from indirect fire, taking about 2 direct hits to destroy it. Destroying an APC can net about 10k-20k. 20k seems to be tied to if it's in the hotzone, but for what it costs to carry C4 and how light it is, it is well worth the investment. Now to counter everything i just said for those who just read all this and are now panicking, no need to fret, there are solutions to this but a lot of it is based on skill/map knowledge, and situational awareness. For starters, a bad apc is a stationary one, but so is a highly mobile one. Striking a balance is very important, going too fast and aggressive and youll invite half the team in the hotzone to light up the antenna. But staying too stationary, and youll invite C4 rats like myself to earn an easy paycheck, or the mortars to light it up (if they're not too busy hammering a fob) One major advantage you have as an apc driver is the fact that an antenna kill is costly financially and ammo wise for the enemy, which can be very easily negated IF you carry a drill/wrench. Driving away after it's been broken to quickly fix it by hand is a good way to undo some of the damage, but half the player base i feel like forgets that there even is a repair option that's outside of the goobers tilting their choppers in base. Anyhow ive spoken my peace, I hope this information helps develop teams on all ends to be much better, and helps expand the depth of the current combat in game, thank you for coming to my rambling. Honestly not sure how to feel about it. I found the show a few weeks ago. Started it for background noise but got hooked quick. I was freshman in college in 2007 so the nostalgia sucked me in. At first the lies and covert narcissism was mildly entertaining. The show did an awesome job at creating paranoia and exploring the webs we weave with lies. But by mid season 3, I found myself hating all the characters and story lines felt rushed, incomplete or confusing. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the implosion during the finale, but I’m left feeling cheated and disappointed and frankly annoyed. I can understand not having a season 4, but even ONE more episode could’ve helped tie up loose ends on stories we only got a glimpse of. Anyone feel the same?

I’m losing my interest in people like the title says. I’ve always been clingy but also slightly paranoid, I feel like something snapped inside my head and I’m losing my interest in relationships. I’m not depressed I am a college student and I’m excelling. I’m diagnosed with a few things and am in therapy, my boyfriend told me to tell my therapist and psychiatrist but they are going to tell me that I should be more social and give me reasons why. I don’t want to be social I’m happy, I’m worried that this is my disorder manifesting but I don’t really want to go back to how I felt before. I went outside today and it all felt fake the only thing that had some feeling was looking at pets in the pet store. I was kinda forced to hang out with this boy I’m friends with he is nice but i felt blank the entire time. I only like my boyfriend and his mom they make me feel like lights are turning on but everyone else is dull. I feel dull I’m not even mad or sad I just feel this way. I’m saying something here because I dont know if I should tell my therapist, I mentioned wanting to stop talking to people but we didn’t have a lot of time and she said we’d talk about it later. I don’t want to tell her she will try to convince me to not be this way.

Tracy was feeling in over herself, a building pressure, a building hate, and then… It left. It was too exhausting to hang onto this; how had she ever done this before? Tracy turned it this way and that, seeing the patterning, the cut of the stone, swearing she could see almost trees in the texture of it, figures encircling and coiled onto another. There was much that could be said, artistically, about it, and Tracy *did* have the eye for that. She saw nothing else in the gemstone of Uropeh. There was no light here; Tracy’s eyes could not be seen, not her glasses, nothing reflective at all except for the painful sheen of her teeth spread in a rictus grin. “This? *This* is what people have come here and dismembered another for?” Tracy said, a broken laugh rising in her throat. “*This* is ***‘Magic’?***” Cackled the woman who had been undone by occultism, rakshasa, and vile Stand surgeries. But he’d navigated even more awkward conversations before, even outside of his job. Swallowing down some discomfort, Akira scratched the back of his head, trying to figure out who this was. *Ship, ship*—second-hand conversations and skimmed reports bubbling to mind of lanky women. “Oh! There are two temporary garages containing charged, battery powered ATVs. Akira has the keys and Tracy can utilize a Skeleton Key to turn them on. These structures are effectively B Durability against random debris, but C Durability versus concerted effort to destroy them. The yellow tent contains a generator, as well as various cables and a few floodlights. Green tents are for personnel, and are currently empty. Tents are durable for tents, at D Durability. The wooden boxes are roughly 2m high, and contain supplies for personnel; food, water, soap, protective equipment, etc. The metal boxes are 1.5m high cubes with rollers, and contain excavation supplies. Each of these are durable and well packed- they are C Durability, but both players can open them with little trouble. **Goal:** RETIRE your opponent! **Additional Information:** Once Tracy searches the first box, she will gain intuitive knowledge of how they were packed, being able to use her The Slip: 4 to find whatever she is looking for very quickly. Fourth HG pregnancy (yeah, I know… what is wrong with me). Anyway, I have been peeing a lot more when throwing up this time around. Usually it’s just a little, but a few minutes ago, it was a lot. Like soaked through my underwear and pants, full on accident. Is this normal? Has anyone had this happen, and everything is normal after baby is born? Should I see a pelvic floor therapist? For reference, I’m 22 weeks.

(open to hearing community thoughts and critique) Intro: So me and a buddy absolutely love warframe and havent put it down since the moment i installed it. I personally fell down the rabbit hole of fashion framing and grinding ie: grinding steel path and main story well before passing even MR8. Recently, we’ve been using Necramech’s every time we get an excuse to and its a bummer that DE is dropping them, however, we came up with a cool idea that we hope will gain some traction within the community for a Necramech inspired warframe. Below is the fully fleshed out concept and how we believe it would fit seamlessly into the storyline and lore, let it be noted that we believe it should also be a health tank especially given the lack of health tank frames in the game. (the details listed below are spitball ideas and stats or numbers can be tweaked for balancing purposes)(abilities will also scale with mods at DE’s discretion) passive(s): Pillar will be able to equip an Archgun primary at the cost of the secondary weapon slot until said archgun is swapped for a normal primary (all ammo pickups are converted to heavy ammo for the archgun, however, non-heavy ammo pickups give only a percentage of its quantity ie: 75 primary ammo = 50 or less heavy ammo). Pillar’s movements will be the exact same as the Necramechs, they will be slower than the normal frames, they will not be able to roll, bullet jump, etc, however they will have the charge and the same resource bar as the Necramechs and incredible vertical mobility with their jump. Ability 1:Pillar deploys a web made of the same disc plating that the Necramechs have (presumably Entrati obols), ensnaring enemies, siphoning health for Pillar and nearby allies within affinity range. This ability will last roughly 10 seconds (enemy quantity caught within ability scales with range) Ability 2:Pillar deploys geyser mines in front of him that utilize pressurized air to suspend nearby enemies in the air upon triggering them, stripping armor and keeping them lifted for 10 seconds (enemy quantity caught within ability scales with range) Ability 3: Pillar raises an attached strobe light that draws enemy fire, in turn boosts health regen without regeneration delay while ability is active and increases armor based off of a percentage of the damage you take during ability up time starting at a base of 15-20 seconds (caps at 3000 armor)(enemy quantity caught within ability scales with range) Ability 4: This ability will work similarly to Mesa’s regulators with the Mesa’s waltz mod, Pillar will move slower than base speed and increase in armor or damage reduction while this form is active. The ability itself will be reminiscent of the Arquebex on the Voidrig albeit not quite as strong. This ability will not have lock on and will be an energy decay ability where energy depletes at a steady rate while it is active. Health:2500 Shield:0 Armor:250 Energy:225 Sprint speed:0.85-1 How Pillar fits into lore: As we all know, Albrecht Entrati, and the Entrati Family designed the Voidrig and Bonewidow Necramechs before the time of Warframes in order to fend off the sentients. However they were flawed due to their crude programming and could not match up to the intelligence of the ever evolving sentients. Later on the warframe program started, and gave way to the modern day warframes, but there is one question we were left when discussing this… how exactly do we go from big clunky and otherwise crude machinery to the smaller, agile, humanoid warframes of today. The way this is explained in lore is that the mechs were scrapped and abandoned, following this, it can be inferred that the Orokin experimented on people and turned them into warframes, we felt that Pillar should be an intermittent or otherwise transitional stage between the mechs and the warframes and the lore should be explained as follows (this is our own adaptation and we leave any creative liberty to DE): Albrecht Entrati wanted to improve upon the Necramechs by compressing and downsizing them to a more agile and less clunky variant while also improving their coding or processing, Thus he built Pillar. Pillar was a crude predecessor to the warframes built with scrapped Nechramech parts (the void attuned parts explain the tenno’s ability to transfer into Pillar) however Entrati still had to improve the cognitive abilities. Given the Necramech’s ability to defeat sentients prior to their evolution, Entrati was able to salvage fallen Sentients and replicate an ai similar to their adaptive and highly intelligent minds. Before Entrati was able to finish Pillar, he had to flee the sanctum in order to save Loid (this was part of the story as it was, and Entrati finds a better “warframe” method). After Entrati’s departure, the murmur is still ravaging the sanctum and manages to find Pillar and start corrupting him. Gameplay implement: in the codex you will have a quest named after Pillar, upon activating this quest, Loid alerts the tenno of a danger in the sanctum, this will now be a playable quest where you fight Pillar and after beating him you will obtain his main blueprint. After the initial fight, you will have to complete search quests where you enter the sanctum and will have to locate the individual pieces of Pillar ie:neuroptic, chassis, and system blueprints. (up for DE’s interpretation, adaptation and implementation so that it will fit best in the game). The resources to craft this warframe should exclude Orokin parts since this predates them making warframes, and the resources you should have to use should be from Cambion Drift and The Sanctum considering that this is where Entrati would have gotten them from. (PLEASE DE, We want more Necramech content, below are some spitball ideas for Nechramech updates) Nechramechs having more usage or more modes they are available in (They have such a low usage rate since they can only be used in free roam, railjack, and specific missions, making them feel useless even with how fun they are, especially when they are drastically outclassed by warframes) More Necramech mods, weapons, missions (Nechramech specific missions or more missions they can be used in without the cooldown I think we should have a new Necramech that you get for free from the heart of deimos quest that is objectively worse than the ones you have to grind for Thank you for your consideration \-The tenno
