Hi everyone! I'm currently looking to get back into the solar industry and would appreciate any leads or referrals. I'm a Mechanical Engineer with experience in both solar PV design and utility-scale solar projects, including testing/commissioning of MV systems. I've also worked on procurement and other technical engineering tasks. My experience includes: • Aurora Solar PV design/layout • Utility-scale solar projects • MVPS/MVSG testing • VLF/Hi-Pot testing • Solar/electrical equipment • Technical documentation and coordination • Engineering procurement I'm open to Solar Design, QA/QC, Project Engineering, Technical/Engineering Coordination, Estimation/Quotation, and similar solar engineering roles. I'm particularly looking for desk-based/remote work, although I'm open to discussing suitable local opportunities as well. If anyone here works for or knows a solar company that may be hiring, I'd really appreciate a lead or introduction. I'm actively trying to get back into solar engineering and am open to learning whatever the role requires. Thank you!

I made a chocolate cake for my son's 4th birthday the other day. I think it turned out really well except for I was so deranged by the end of the night I put the number four on backwards and didn't notice. I used American buttercream. I took it out from the fridge so it could warm up an hour before we cut it. The party was outside and it was humid. This cake was sweating like a whore in church. I know cakes can sweat but this was obscene. I eventually wiped it with a napkin all around before cutting it. The weird thing is even after I refrigerated the leftovers, and then took the leftovers out to warm up a little bit before serving them, I swear it was still sweating. Is this simply because of the humidity or is there more at play here? Do I need to buy some cake deodorant?

15 minutes. Take it off before it goes dry. Here's why that number isn't random. While the sheet is soaked, it's holding stuff against your skin. Once it starts drying out, it flips — the drying sheet starts pulling moisture back OFF your face. So leaving it on for an hour isn't extra credit, it's actively going backwards. Sleeping in one: no. Same reason, plus it's just wet fabric on your pillow for eight hours. Two things people miss: Use the leftover essence in the packet. Neck, hands, whatever. It's already paid for. Put moisturiser on after. The mask gives you water, the moisturiser keeps it there. Skip that step and most of it evaporates overnight. And don't reuse a sheet. It's been on your face and it's damp. Bin it. What's your actual habit vs what the box says?

Hello, I'm 25 gay male who is married and my partner says I'm addicted or have an addiction to sex but I personally don't think that's what it is. I am a person who enjoys sexual acts a lot and finds joy when I see others enjoying themselves especially when I'm the one doing it. I enjoy coming up and thinking of fantasies or things to do one day but I'm not able to really fulfill most because they don't have a high libido and don't see sex the same as me. Just need others opinion please so can better understand

Just started collecting cards and got these.

I have a gaming PC and for a while now it randomly crashes. I thought my PC wasn’t working but after changing and testing everything I can’t fix it. Then someone on a PC repair Reddit group told me they were having the same problem and it was actually their power outlet being bad. He said it would “brown out” and drop in voltages and that’s what would make the PC crash. He asked if my lights ever dim when turning things on and yeah I got an AC unit in my room that makes my lights dim when it turns on. So now here I am asking you guys for help. What is my fix for this situation? Is it just the power outlet that’s bad or is it more with the board? Around how much would this cost me to fix?

I found myself REALLY wanting a Djaevelhest recently, as I discovered they existed and I'm a certified horse girl. So I bought one for a reasonable amount considering how rare they are. End of story, until Halloween, or at least I thought so. Now, idk if some of you saw my other post a bit ago but I'm the person who got three Chippychiips within like a week of them releasing, two of them naturally female and one with Blooming Aura. Today, I saw someone asking for a chippychiip so I thought, "why not? I'll see what they have." They ended up giving me two possessed eggs(along with some other stuff), and I took it with the hilarious thought I'd get another Djaevelhest, and I'd have two before the Halloween event even started. Well guess what? First egg I hatched, naturally female Djaevelhest. I don't know what Lady Luck is on when it comes to me and this game but GODDAMN I wish she'd give me some of it irl.

Hello, my name is John Anti, and I am the FINAL boss of pros, and someone's worst nightmare or something i dunno. The pro-AI community has done itself SEVERE HARM by continuing its little acts of ragebait to trigger the other side onto reacting in order to do the following to make themselves look superior: - orgeposting - ragebait meant to trigger others and disrespect overall - a third thing - Scary Fact #4: there is a France - It has been exposed that tomatos are FRUITS and not vegetables (oh the horror) Ultimately, the pro-ai community exists and does things that we get mad at. I am losing my grasp on reality.

I’m interested in seeing grows that didn’t turn out looking perfect. Most people only share their best results, but I think it would be helpful especially for beginners like my self to see examples that came out average, inconsistent, or just not what you expected. If you’re comfortable sharing photos of less‑than‑ideal grows, I’d really appreciate it.

I want to approach a village and maybe live there, but before I do that I wanted to check about ground rules. Am I allowed to move/alter villager houses? Can I add walls around the village as long as there is a way in and out (what about if the entrances to the village are only closed at night? Is that ok as long as the villagers have space?) Can I move in to a house in the village or do I need to make my own? Anything else I might not have thought of you would like to make sure I keep in mind?

We compare the price on every game across the 3 sportsbooks that price it, then flag the ones where a single book is paying noticeably more than everyone else. No prediction model is involved - this is purely price shopping. - **⚾️ Washington Nationals at Los Angeles Dodgers** - MLB - Washington Nationals to win - **3.60** at Fliff (most books are around 3.33) - STRONG READ None of these have started yet, so the prices are still live. Voltron is inherently a fragile, socially-awkward archetype disincentivized by the very nature of the Bracket system's turn recommendations. This is known, and doesn't help a path of play which is predicated on putting all your eggs in one basket. Yet, for all its failings, Voltron is *cool*. There's a thematic fantasy to getting the biggest dude, suiting them up like some JPRG character, and dunking people into the next area code. There's been a few stand-outs over the years, from heroes of Voltron's past like \[\[Rafiq of the Many\]\], to modern classics like \[\[Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice\]\]. Flying under the radar (quite literally) from a more recent set, however, is...\[\[Dragon Man, Reformed Robot\]\]. Dragon Man reads like a medium-sized french vanilla, but in truth, he's...a *large* french vanilla. So large, in fact, that there's ample means of chunking players for game from as early as turns 3-4, purely by way of Commander Damage. All you need to do is get one of six cards in the yard, and he's already two-shotting people without enough flying blockers. No Auras to fall off, no Equipment to re-attach, and heck not even Commander Tax most of the time; Dragon Man is usually a resilient \~11/5, and being in Azorius we have just the right tools to both provide him Double Strike, and counter anything truly threatening. Somehow, in spite of how straightforward Dragon Man is, there's excitement in simply having the biggest dude, and not bothering with combos. I'm someone who appreciates mechanical depth (I broke the news on Yue, and wrote the primer) and still, Dragon Man manages to be wildly fun. This is Commander comfort food, but still manages to be competent at higher echelons than frankly any other Voltron Commander I've played before. You can check out the decklist [here](https://moxfield.com/decks/2Z-2fuQ2GEuhwgA9tvBZGw), and the primer/coverage [here](https://www.tabletopbattles.com/commander-focus-voltron-resilience-dragon-man-reformed-robot/).

I am not making this post to upset anyone, but given the fact that many of us our emotionally invested in what will happen after Luigi is sentenced federally I feel like we should be prepared for the worst. This current administration’s cruelty knows no bounds and if his legal team did not secure any verbal agreements with the DOJ I would assume they are sending him to ADX Florence, the super max prison in Colorado, after sentencing. This isn’t me trying to prove a theory either I just do not want the loyal Luigi fans to be surprised when it happens. I know people who are not from the U.S will see this post and wonder what this means so I’m adding a video for reference. ADX Florence is a Super max federal prison facility in Colorado where they house mostly terrorists, gang leaders, and drug lords, it’s like America’s version of a gulag. I would expect him to be there for the rest of Trump’s presidency. [https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iMlvLm1yJek&ra=m](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iMlvLm1yJek&ra=m)

He had pills. Done some diet changes, like little coffee. We just dont know what issue or what else to help but its effected us. He can barely touch me or kiss me without having issues. Hi everyone, after repeated attempts, for some reason, I can't make my throttle work right. The very first time it worked, the throttle is reversed. Which I think is just because of the throttle reverse. Then the ESC wanted to resetup the throttle again for some reason. I think I did the setup correctly but it was still reversed. That was the time I realized about the throttle reverse. Then the ESC went to throttle setup again. Now everytime I try to setup throttle again, correctly I think (hold forward > ESC beep, hold reverse, ESC beep, release, ESC beep), pressing throttle does nothing. Btw, I did this throttle setup a handful times already so I don't know if I messed up my ESC already. My NEEBRC is the 7ch NB-7D

These are what I've caught so far - I did find one shiny. Based on what I've caught, what would you choose? I just recently started and haven't made it past floor 47.

[https://www.facebook.com/pianoew/posts/pfbid0ykLAkFLR9oDr1YdZbXFQQo1y4fFuPx8JvdNbr437YCBqsGbmCW7bRuJs4N5Re9GVl](https://www.facebook.com/pianoew/posts/pfbid0ykLAkFLR9oDr1YdZbXFQQo1y4fFuPx8JvdNbr437YCBqsGbmCW7bRuJs4N5Re9GVl) Katy and Justin went to a musical instrument workshop in Montreal to visit and talk to the team that runs the workshop. I believe this is a sign that Katy intends to compose music in the near future, maybe returning to her roots, for example by resuming the piano (which she used very rarely in her career) or the guitar (which she also abandoned long ago), encouraged by her partner. Here, I'd like to speak out in favor of her boyfriend: I believe he's the person Katy needed during the worst moment of her career and personal life (in the People interview, she said she felt broken after her separation from Orlando and was living through terrible days of crying). According to Katy (and it's actually easy to verify), he's the person who supports her the most, attending her concerts and singing all her songs (Katy admitted that "Not Like the Movies" is Justin's favorite song). For Katy, Justin is "the love of her life," and I can understand why. It's a blessing that he's come into her life, revitalizing her after criticism and external events were draining her. I'm convinced he'll encourage her to express herself to the fullest, demonstrating to the public that she's not just a "throwback act," the one who still gets listeners only for her 2008-2014 hits, but a valid artist capable of still writing beautiful songs worth listening to. I think a supportive partner is the best thing for an artist, but I'd also say for a person in general. I have the feeling that with Orlando, lately, there was none of this, and in fact, Katy was losing herself, so I'm confident that she can find herself again after years of uncertainty.
