so i’m a soon to be first time dragon owner, i fell in love w one 2 years ago that was my ex’s but we’re no longer together and i’ve been missing that dragon and wanting one ever since… i was searching through fb marketplace to see if anyone that couldn’t take care of theirs anymore, needed a new home and even tho i’d message them, i only got one response which the lady had little info on her dragon and then left me on read and sold her while scrolling fb marketplace, a link to this company came up called Unique Reptiles Depot and you could message them through fb messenger so i did, they sent me pictures of the females they have bc don’t want mine being rly aggressive and it was normalish in my opinion at first but something feels a little off i’m very interested in one of their dragons but i also have stuff that keeps getting in the way of getting her such as my bank app went down for a week so i said i wouldnt be able to get her yet and he started bugging saying “so you cant pay now??” and when i explained i want the dragon but i also want things to be perfect, he was being kinda strange and even said like “well have you tried taking money out with card” and i just left him on delivered on wednesday and told him before that i’d most likely get her on saturday. its now friday and my car crapped out on me today and now i have to get a new one but i feel like if i message him to delay it more, he’s gonna be pissed bc he already accused me of wasting his time when i told him about the bank app and he’s texted me on messenger about 4 times since then not only does this seem kinda sketchy with him being so concerned ab getting paid that second instead of when i actually get her and am ready, but he offered a tank with her. usually thatd be nice but she is a year old and the tank he’s offering is 40 gallons. like ive done my research and dont dragons need 120 for how big they get and to make sure the temps are perfect even at only a year? idk i really like the look of this dragon but something feels off, has anyone gotten a dragon from here before?? if you go to their website please dont send any hate, im just a bit confused, concerned and new to this community and want the best for my beardie when i get her

So right now, X2 is still temporarily closed, and honestly, it’s not looking good. What’s concerning is that the situation is starting to gain a lot of media attention, not just on TV but across social media as well. I understand that there are lawsuits taking place, and I genuinely feel bad for the people who passed away. However, I don’t believe the roller coaster itself was necessarily at fault. If people understood how roller coasters operate, the science behind them, and how many safety systems and procedures are involved, I don’t think the story would be getting framed the way it currently is. One of the guests who died after riding X2 reportedly had a pre existing health condition, which is also important context. My concern is that all of this attention could put pressure on Six Flags to permanently close X2. The way some of the media coverage is presenting the story makes it seem like the ride itself is responsible before everything has been fully determined. It’s a shame that the media is swaying on the side of “X2 should be permanently closed.” With how much attention the situation is getting, I’m worried that Six Flags might eventually decide it’s easier to permanently shut the ride down rather than continue dealing with the controversy. That really bums me out because X2 is my favorite roller coaster, and I rode it every chance I got. I really hope it doesn’t close permanently. If any coaster at Magic Mountain should be retired and replaced, I’d rather see it be Viper. Viper is extremely rough and uncomfortable to ride. I can get off X2 and say l had fun, while Viper usually leaves me feeling beat up afterward. X2 is such a unique coaster, and it would be a huge loss if it disappeared because of pressure surrounding these incidents rather than evidence that the ride itself is unsafe.

I recently had an overreaction. Somebody implied that my new cover used AI. I got mad and ended up deleting the post. You will never win that war. "That is AI." is the new war cry of the troll. I'm not even the artist. I hired an artist. I keep progress of everything and have compiled for the sake of proof. It is pointless to fight something. You can even put a tacky label on your work that says: NO AI Used and you will get accused. You can literally show progress shots and still get accused. You can literally have an instagram dedicated to your comic book and still get accused. You can literally have a website with your pitch bible, containing everything, and still get accused. None of that matters because the witch hunt is here and these trolls don't bother to read or look up your project, before slinging mud. Fighting is futile. I am the writer/creator and paid for all this stuff. I have a right to defend myself. People have the right to say what they want. For the creators, just keep proof. Compile everything. Regardless, keep creating. As of now, I'll just put all progress in a Google Drive and make it accessible on my website soon. I won't ever bring up this issue and if somebody accuses you of it, just brush it off and accept it as a part of this new world.

Hiii. I’m sure you guys probably get a lot of questions like these but if I could get a bit more specific advice that would be really awesome. I wrote two book this past year, and they’re… probably not very good. I’m not really looking to attract readers or listeners as I recognize my skill level isn’t really there yet. I market and they’re up for reads but I know where I stand lol. But, okay, the real problem. I have a friend who has some issues and she can’t really read. I’d like to record myself reading my book so that she has the chance to engage with it. I don’t have much. I can’t really afford a fancy subscription to an audio editor. I have a MacBook Neo and AirPods Max. I do have some experience with audio editing, I did music edits and vocaloid covers for a while, and I used bandlab. I also have a bit of a lisp, frankly. I’m autistic and it does affect my speech. Does anyone have any tips on how to make an audiobook that’s at the very least passable?

It first started with me and a few of my friends playing some kind of game. It felt more like a challenge-based competition, almost like a series of rounds with different tasks that we had to complete. I don’t remember everything in depth, but I remember that there were multiple rounds, and each round had different challenges. At one point, there was a girl who kept giving me a code. The first four digits I clearly remember were **8042**, although there were several other numbers that she was giving me as well. For some reason, I kept ignoring the other numbers, while she continuously kept giving them to me. It was dark, and the atmosphere felt strange. I remember the voices echoing, especially when those first four digits were being said, although I have no idea why. Somehow, I made it through the different rounds. Before reaching the final round, I remember the girl calling me along with a few of my friends. I don’t remember exactly what happened during that part or what we talked about, but eventually, I made it to the final round. The next day, there were only three participants left. For the final challenge, I had to be on one of those huge amusement-park wheels, similar to a giant Ferris wheel. I had to be on the wheel with another participant, and whoever remained until the end would win. The girl seemed extremely afraid of the situation. At one point, I was swinging around on the wheel by myself. She was there with her father when, suddenly, in the far distance, the sky began turning an incredibly bright red. I only caught a brief flash of it at first. I immediately jumped off because I wanted to capture what was happening. I took out my phone and started recording the sky. For a moment, the phenomenon disappeared, but then it came back with an even stronger red flash. The sky became intensely red, and shortly afterward, the color began changing into purple. Then something completely inexplicable started happening. I could see what looked like a powerful force or waves of energy moving toward us. They were surrounded by an intense purple light and seemed to be coming directly toward where we were. I could see myself as the force reached me, and then I watched reality itself begin to bend. Everything around me looked distorted, as if reality itself was being stretched and folded. My body felt as though it was bending and stretching along with everything around me. I had an overwhelming sensation that I was being transported—or almost teleported—into another dimension or reality. It didn’t feel like I was simply watching something happen. **I felt like I was actually experiencing it.** At that moment, when everything seemed to be changing and I felt as though I was losing control of myself, the only thing I could think about was my mother. I remembered my mom’s face, and I said, **“I love you, Mom.”** Immediately after that, there was an extremely loud, massive bang. And then I woke up. When I woke up, I was **extremely cold and covered in goosebumps**. My entire body felt like it had just gone through something intense. For a few moments, the feeling from the experience stayed with me, almost as if I had just returned from somewhere. The strangest part is how incredibly vivid and coherent the entire experience was. It wasn’t like the usual things I experience while sleeping, where everything is random, blurry, or quickly forgotten. This felt unusually immersive and real while it was happening. What confuses me even more is that I don’t consciously think about things like alternate dimensions, reality bending, or the Earth changing in this way. I wasn’t intentionally thinking about anything like this before going to sleep, at least not that I remember. So I genuinely don’t understand how my brain came up with something so specific and surreal—the game, the mysterious numbers, the red sky, the transformation into purple, the waves of light, the statement that everything was about to change, reality bending around me, seeing my own reflection on my phone, the sensation of being transported into another dimension, and finally remembering my mother and telling her that I loved her. I know I was asleep when this happened, but **it felt unlike anything I had ever experienced before.** Even after waking up, the sensation was so powerful that for a while I couldn’t shake the feeling that something had actually changed.

In order to answer some of the same questions I receive all the time, I think it makes more sense to make a longer post and share some useful information about parts availability and what is actually out there. I’ll use this build as a reference because, in all honesty, this is a pretty straightforward and relatively easy build in my opinion. **Specs for this build** \-Milk case reshaped \-viet bezel acrylic, some people ask me about Bakelite bezels, Thats not a thing, Rolex never use that at all, neither the viet suppliers \-viet dial \-jkf hands with stick second hand, y favorite detail \-271 end links with an oyster 78350 bracelet \-st19 movement modified to fit the viet dial General information about the Milk case set including the hands **The case:** This is a MILK case, also known as a Phoenix case. It is made in Taiwan and distributed by MILK outside of China. In the Chinese market, it is generally known as the Phoenix case. There are already some very extensive reviews of this case on RWI, so I’m not going to repeat all of that here. I’ll just point out what I personally consider to be the main pros and cons based on my experience using it. The case costs $500 plus shipping. It comes as a complete case set and also includes a handset. One of its biggest advantages is the side profile, particularly on the pusher side. Since there are no crown guards, the pushers sit and protrude a little better than they do on the JKF case. The case is also already around 13.5 mm thick, which makes it a very good starting point. \-The pusher action itself is generally good, but there is one annoying issue: the adapter on the reset pusher is not always consistent from case to case. Some work better than others. It is not a huge problem and it can be solved, but it is definitely worth mentioning. JKF is dramatically more consistent in this particular area. \-The bezel is only halfway there. The black acrylic bezel is decent, but the steel bezel is very poor in my opinion. Bracelet fitment is also horrible. It is honestly mind-bending because the lug width is never really 19 mm; it is closer to 19.2 mm or somewhere around that range. This can be solved by using Viet end links, which usually run slightly larger than 19 mm, so there are ways around the problem. Still, you are definitely more limited when it comes to bracelet options. **Case summary** \-Pros: 13.5 mm thickness out of the box Better side profile, especially on the pusher side Complete case set Overall a very usable starting point For models with pump pushers this case looks slightly better than jkf \-Cons: Expensive at $500 plus shipping Reshaping is still needed for a really good result Reset-pusher adapter can be inconsistent Poor steel bezel Lug shape is nothing special, they are worst than jkf, I mean thinner Bracelet fitment can be extremely annoying Sterile case unless you spend additional money to address that For models like 6238 this case is totally horrible, the dial outer print partially hide behind the rehault, wish is directly a super red flag Overall, I don’t think this case represents a night-and-day improvement over a JKF base. It is significantly more expensive, and there is still a considerable amount of work required if you want a really good final result. Calling this case “1:1” with a genuine Rolex case is laughable in my opinion. Calling it “1:1” with a good Viet case is equally unrealistic. It is a good aftermarket case with some advantages and some disadvantages. Nothing more, nothing less. MILK hands The hands that come with the MILK case are also very easy to identify once you’ve seen them a few times. As far as I know, they are visually different from the other commonly available handsets on the market. The quality is perfectly fine. I wouldn’t say they are noticeably better than JKF hands; they are simply a little different. They are solid, well made, and absolutely a viable option for a build. The best handset really depends on the specific model you are trying to replicate. If the configuration requires thinner subdial hands, Alpha Europe has some of the best options available in my opinion. For many other configurations, JKF hands are already very, very good. MILK hands are another good option, but I personally wouldn’t describe them as an upgrade over everything else. They are simply another available option with their own identifiable characteristics. And again, claiming that these hands are “1:1” with genuine original hands is simply not accurate. They are aftermarket hands. The quality is good, but they should be described for what they actually are.

Yes I can tell from the shoulder frills ,which look a little to big to me, hes based off the 1975 mechagodzilla but the 1975 Mg had around the same build as 1974 except he was streamlined but he wasnt this fat and his head was definitly not that wide. I was born and raised a JW, left in my teens and somehow God pulled me back before opening my eyes. My now wife who was raised catholic but was not practicing has been following me in this adventure. I left the organisation in my late teens and was out for about 15 years. Can't say I didn't believe in God but I just wanted to do my own thing. I've been encountering JWs at work and on the street for years and started thinking that maybe it wasn't a coincidence. Problem is, I was living with my GF and although I was not technically excommunicated I would soon be if I decided to come back. Ultimately that's what happened, we had been living as a couple for years, we were not going to separate overnight. So I tried to go back to meetings but I just couldn't face people. The shame and rejection was too much. So in the middle of a meeting I stood up and left. Never came back. Fast forward a few years we had now moved to the opposite side of the country. In part to give myself a new start where nobody would know me and where I could finally start fresh and leave all that behind. But I guess God had other plans for me. I can't say for sure if it's him, and many of you who left or are planning to leave don't even believe in him anymore, but I do. He put more JWs in our way just before Covid. I decided it would be the perfect time to go back since all those meetings were on zoom and all I had to do was to log in and not be shunned by 200 people physically. We got married in our kitchen and That's how I got reintegrated. My wife was studying with a sister for the 4th or 5th time now. And by 5 times I mean she went through the book 5 times. My family was more than happy. We even took a plane back to Quebec canada to visit my family for the annual meeting. Fantastic and encouraging. Ohh and we had a baby during covid. Yeah everything was fantastic. I got my family back, my wife was becoming a witness. How could one deny the hand of God at work. We came back home after the convention and I sat down and said: God I really want to do this. Im ready to give my life to you but before I do that I need to answer every single doubt I have. So I started studying by myself since nobody wanted to study with me since I was a baptised witness. Our french congregation here was small and got dissolved and merged into the french congregation that was about an hour away from home and a bunch of young couples left to go in english since there were more young families there. And we eventually caved in too. Not only because of the obvious lack of people our age but because they were pushing my now wife to do parts with a sister. Mind you my wofe wasnt even a publisher and she didn't want to do parts on the podium but they kinda forced her, said that was the next step for her to become one so she could go preach with me on Saturdays. But that never happened so I had to chose to be with my family or skip service on saturday. We said screw that, lets just go in english and start over with new people and hopefully it goes well. It was during that time that I was studying doctrines, never looking at outside sources, not yet anyways. The one thing I would do at each meeting now would be comparing my new world translation with the KJV which was neat because you can't do that in any other languages. We didn't have a "KJV equivalent approved by the watchtower on the app so no way to double check verses in another bible. The more I kept doing that the more i found discrepancies with the NWT and KJV and it started bothering me. I looked at the greek interlinear and I was seeing words removed or added to verses where they weren't in the original text. I didn't want to ask members of my congregation so I asked my sisters and I was met with a pretty big wall. Nobody wanted to answer my questions. I shared what I found with my wife and she didn't seem surprised but didn't say anything else to me. She just kinda left me to make my own conclusion. Meanwhile since I couldn't really preach on Saturdays since I was staying with my family I decided to preach on reddit to other Christians. They were telling me Jesus was God and that I was in a cult and I immediately thought they were pawns of satan. People who never actually read the bible. Jesus is the SON of God lol how can he be God you dummies. Clearly nobody in christendom reads the bible just like the watchtower was telling me. Some of them were pointing out verses that we had changed in the bible like John 1:1 but that didnt phase me since i knew ALL other translations in the world including the original text was wrong but had it right. We had a pastoral visit one time where I told the elders I was preaching informal on reddit and they immediately told me to not do that. Who are you talking to ? What are they telling you ? And that didn't sit well with me. I pray for unity between christian brothers even though i knew they were wrong. But should we not strive to preach to them ? I was confused more than ever. We were saying one thing but acting another way. We had massive discrepancies in our bible and some of our teachings didn't really make sense. People told me about the church fathers and how they always believed Christ was God and how they warned us about people like the JWs. So I searched for the church fathers on JW.org and I basically caught them doing 2 things. They tried to discredit Ignacius by saying some of his letters were forgeries but never admiting that he had seven legit letters and that anyways he was never preaching that Jesus was God and I also caught them quoting church fathers out of context. Clearly using the church fathers to validate a JW teaching while the father's actual position was the opposite. That very night I prayed not to Jehovah but directly to Jesus. I mean what could really happen. Nobody would know but God and he would probably understand. It was like a rush of wind or a wave came on me and my eyes were opened. I understood that it was a lie, all of it. I then started doing what the watchtower doesnt want you to do; look at outside sources. Videos, articles, testimonies, church fathers, the real bible, unaltered. I just could not go to meetings anymore. I think it was pretty instant that I decided this was it. This wasnt the truth, and even though I didnt know what was, the JWs were not. \[Part 2 to come\]
