We had a critical outage due to a failing device that required me to go on-site and troubleshoot for six hours. We have zero documentation, so our standard process is to reach out to a senior team member for assistance. Their first suggestion was to reboot a switch, and then reboot the upstream switch. When that didn’t work, they had me repeat it twice. The cable management is so poor that you cannot read any indicators on the device, and the senior I was working with doesn’t know how to access or use that switch’s console. The only member with console knowledge wasn't available until noon. When they finally came online and I caught them up to speed, they considered the down devices to be upstream. My mind broke at that moment, and I’ve been spiraling ever since. We have no network topology maps, and having a department head flip-flop basic networking terminology is mind-blowing. Essentially, we had an outage at three locations, one of which had their production and sales affected. This whole thing could have been identified at home and quickly resolved by switching ports if we had proper documentation, which makes my heart sink. Am I overreacting? What would you all do in this Oh and to add insult to injury me asking about doing pir was laughed at. This is insaine. Fuck my life.

I’m going to preface this with I have zero real life friends to talk to about this so I apologize if this gets a little long. My wife and I have been married for over 20 years, and she recently told me she wants to get a lawyer and pursue a legal separation. I don’t want this at all. I love her more than I can explain, and the thought of losing her is absolutely destroying me. At the same time, I need to be honest: I’m not a victim here. Over the years, I’ve repeatedly damaged her trust through lying, secrecy, and defensiveness. We’d go through a major issue, I’d feel remorse, apologize, and believe I had changed, but eventually I’d fall back into similar patterns in new ways. I had my first therapy session today with someone who specializes in complex childhood trauma. She suggested that some of my patterns,especially secrecy and lying, are often seen in people with trauma histories. I’m not using my childhood as an excuse. I take full responsibility for my actions. Through therapy, I’m hoping to figure out why I repeat these patterns, what happens internally before I make these choices, and how to permanently break the cycle. Right now, my wife and I are still living together, but emotionally we are very distant. I want to reach out to her, but I’m also trying to respect her need for space. I wrote her a letter taking accountability and acknowledging things I now understand differently, but I’m not pressuring her to respond. I’m also trying not to turn therapy into “how do I convince my wife to stay.” I want reconciliation, but I know real change can’t be driven only by fear of loss. It has to be permanent. If you’ve made it this far, thank you! For those of you who have been through a separation, and especially those who were able to reconcile, I have a few questions. First, what the hell am I supposed to be doing right now? I feel so lost and defeated. How do I show her real change without pressuring her to change her mind? I know this step is going to take a long time, but I hope to be able to genuinely show her that things can be different. If you were in her shoes, what actually helped to make you feel safe that your partner wouldn’t hurt you again? And most importantly, if you are the person who caused the pain, how did you break the cycle and actually change instead of just feeling remorse. I’m scared I’ve finally understood too late. But I want to handle this in a way that respects her, gives her space, and helps me become someone who never repeats this pattern again.

This is my first Flip ever (after close to two decades with Apple) and I'd just like to ask - for apps on the cover screen (launched via the Labs launcher, which now allows you to add up to 50 for usage on the cover screen), is there a way for the phone to remember your preferred aspect ratio? The apps tend to launch with a black bar below to accommodate the cameras, but you can toggle it such that it either shows in full (tiny rectangle mirroring the inner screen view) or in a square where it fills up the entire cover screen. I love that there's a toggle for it and I can change how the apps look on the cover screen, but I prefer that the apps fill up the entire cover screen (in spite of some layout being cut off by the cameras, I know). So I'm just wondering, is there no way at all for these apps to just completely fill the cover screen by default?

This perfume can be worn all around year but I would strongly recommend it for summer and spring. I have been playing on a public server with an existing character. Its been 2 days that whenever I rejoin the server I get prompted to select spawn loc as if I didnt have an existing character. Nothing unusual happened before this issue. I already tried reinstalling pz, deleting files, resubscribing mods only specific to the server. Cant risk selecting a spawn loc as it may corrupt my current character. Anyone with the same issue or knows what to do about this?

So here is the weird issue. I have a team telling me they need help automating, cleaning up, and organizing an onboarding tracker. But of course everyone wants something different. The people that do the onboarding want to focus on making a sharepoint list that works, doesnt crash(like excel), and automates tasks like sending emails and such. Their boss, wants a sharepoint list specifically so outside people can view and see their status. Now how I did this on my project was I have a sharepoint list for my use, then a power bi dashboard for external viewing, this allowed me to cut out what I dont want people to see, be it personal information or sausage casings(so to speak) Their boss however is hyper focused on the sharepoint list. The team that showed their sharepoint list does it one specific way I am not sure I understand. Basically the hide the columns they dont need so the onboarding team uses edit to see all the columns instead of using edit in grid view and everyone else just has a view only link. But I am not entirely sure how to do this properly. I worry that while this would work, wouldnt be as secure as it could be. I can use just about anything, I have access to power automate, power apps, power bi, etc. So I cam here to brain storm ways I could have an external facing tracker that people can see onboarding statuses without PII. I already created a tracker on the onboarding teams site, there is a second site that is for external use as well. So far my plans A) Do what their boss wants and figure out a way to hide the PII and pray someone doesnt accidentally unhide it. B)I made a test power app that displays all the names on the left you click on or search a name to find out details on a pain on the right. C)Make a dashboard like I did for my team D) Use power automate to feed any new entries into both trackers and then create a second power automate that updates the external tracker whenever the private tracker is updated. So I came to you guys to brains storm which would be best. I technically already have B and just need some tweaks before I can show it. I mostly no how to make C (will have to rejog my memory on certain bits. I'm doing another rewatch, on s2 the ep when lucifer goes back to hell, and trixie is telling amenadiel that she thinks he's good (despite him feeling slightly otherwise) and I keep thinking back how I feel it was important or "put in his own way" for god to meet trixie and it's due to that line he told her. (I never been a kid before) it makes sense why none of his kids/angels understand or can express their emotions, because god doesn't know how. he was never a kid. kids are honest with how they feel (up to a certain age) how would he know how to be honest with his own emotions if he never had that chance to? it's why I like the series, because everyone has been tested and challenged because we all have our struggles and flaws, god included. I think some people on here can be harsh on god, but he's the literal definition of doing it for the first time. I'm sure it was part of his "plan" (or rather, I think just having the ability to forsee fate than it being his plan) to lose his abilities and everything during that time he \*chose\* and literally didn't know what was gonna happen next (makes sense to have that "senile senior" thing going on, since it seems for a celestial, it's being flawed and mortal) him losing his powers helped him gain real life experience and empathy because he was never in that position nor put in that position till then. it just makes sense when you think about why these celestial don't do "feelings" like it's beneath them, because they never had to face them and yet, they get complicated when having a father who doesn't share anything because he don't know how since he wanna give free will and they all interpret his feelings based off... their beliefs. and I feel that leads to me seeing how this show approaches religion. god supposedly equals good. we all striving to try to do/reach good and it's based off the choices we make due to our reactions and feelings. we think we may be doing good in the name god/good, but how we go about may be harmful and so, doing good is being aware of how your actions affect others because when you see how they hurt someone, you feel guilt and that's your torment. we torment ourselves with guilt, and therefore end up in hell. we have to be held accountable but try not to do the wrong things when given the choice. I feel thats what the show is saying, to me and I can understand how that was god's core issue is just not knowing how to deal with feelings (where lucifer clearly gets it from) since he never verbalized his before.
