Naive meg trodde dette var en stusselig og søt dame - som etterhvert ikke klarte betale fult depositum til avtalt dato og ville endre datoen for husleie ETTER hun var flyttet inn. Dumme meg fikk jo vondt av damen og fant meg i ting. Er det noe jeg kan gjøre her, eller bør gjøre på forhånd? We have a aussie mix who's 50lbs we are currently working on re-kennel training her as we plan to have her sleep in it at night after baby is here since she likes to sleep sticking out from under our bed right where we walk when we get up and I don't want her or us an baby getting hurt by tripping. But it has me wondering what tools or trained habits are good to have for a high energy dog when you also have a new baby that has worked for others? We have a yard so not worried about exercise for her and she loves her frizzbe and we have a kong ball but I really wanna make sure she has enrichment and safety just as much as baby! And before the people who are scared of large dogs near babys we don't plan to leave them alone together an already have a play pen for baby so they can safely be in each other's spaces.

Hi guys! I am in so much doubt about where to go for my Erasmus experience. I would like to go somewhere with nice weather and possibilities for some fun activities, maybe also outside of Erasmus, cause I would be a bit of an older crowd in this group (On my masters, currently 28 years old). I would also like to go somewhere where the academic requirements are not demanding, as I would like to use a lot of sparetime on travelling and enjoying the experience. Have done a lot of studying already. I have narrowed it down to either Krakow or Leuven in the spring 2026. Bonus will be the spring weather, but I am afraid that the current situation in Ukraine will impact Krakow or I will be bored in Leuven as it is a small town (and high academic requirement)? Or Berlin, Vienna, Bologna or Padova in the fall 2026. Which has the downfall that it is in the fall. I also had the options of Leiden, Amsterdam and Limerick but wrote them off cause I am afraid I will have a hard time finding housing. Please, does anyone have some experiences from some of these spots and/or can recommend some of them? Thanks in advance

Hi all! This is my first time sending a post here but it's really, extremely important to me. FYI I don't have anorexia nervosa. I'm really trying not to be insensitive and trying to not trigger anything but I can't promise I won't so proceed with caution. I have a friend, we're both teenagers so I'm not going into too much detail (I am male and her female). I'm really worried about her. She really doesn't eat a healthy amount at all and she is a growing teenager and she does very large amounts of exercise to be eating as little as she does. I genuinely want to support her and I care about her so much. And before anyone thinks this could just be me trying to get in a relationship it's not - I've blocked that from my mind as I really don't think it's healthy for her. I as a person don't have many close friends and kind of latch onto a couple safe people who have always been kind to me, she is one of these to me. I really truly value her closely but if I'm being honest I don't think she does me. Though she sometimes makes it seem she does. This though may be partially due to her having other mental problems. So this is where the problem arises. She is genuinely beautiful and she is so kind and funny and smart. Literally perfect. Alas, she doesn't believe it. She is so self destructive and anorexia is not the only reason why. She has and I think she still may self harm and she really doesn't care about doing drugs being bad for her or energy drinks which she drinks often. I want to support her and help her get better and I really don't want to force her. I talk to her often and I try to improve her self esteem but I don't believe it is helping. I try to be supportive by not shouting and I don't tell her it's her moreso I talk about how amazing she is and how she doesn't need to do this to herself (I regret this, I think I should try to say more about how I feel about her and not push it onto her to change). What I am asking you to help me with is to give me advice on what helps or has helped you in a friend. How can I convince her to trust her therapist for example and how can I boost her confidence enough to make her overcome this problem. I should also say my mental health isn't the best but I believe that is due to me possibly having an anxiety disorder. I am worried sick about her and the fact that I think that she genuinely might not purposefully kill herself. Along with this, she has mostly really great friends but she has one who made her try alcohol and he's sent her nudes and asked her out (all of which she rejected) and yet she looks up to him. She was even saying how it's funny that he sent texts at 2am after being drunk on vodka. So, please, I'm genuinely begging. How can I help her. How can I show her she isn't alone and how can I make her believe in herself. She thinks she isn't but I find her beautiful and surely if I can others can? She says not but I can't believe I am the only one. What has helped you people get through this and what should I do to help - as a friend? Thankyou and I wish you all all the best.

So this has become quite the pickle. I posted the other day about it. I betrayed my WP. I sought out the company of another man and he kissed me. Didn’t reciprocate. I didn’t do this intending to cheat, but I did cross a line by agreeing to meet up with him anyway knowing he was interested in me. It was a pathetic attempt seeking validation and attention my WP wasn’t providing. I was angry at WP for a lot of things. I’ve opened up a can of worms. WP figured out who my friend is and is acting erratically. He is now following my friend on social media and wants to confront him. Threatening to beat him up. I don’t understand what this will accomplish. I’ve already cut this friend off, I’ve apologized, I’ve told him everything. But it’s like he cares more that his pride was wounded than anything else. I asked him about why he’s following him. He said they have a lot of mutual friends. He’s listing out random details about my friend. He’s saying he will confront him at an upcoming event. It just seems crazy and beyond. I understand how he feels to an extent; I remember the obsessive, wandering thoughts I had when I found out he cheated. I thought about contacting his AP’s, obsessed over who they were, felt insanely jealous. I was mad, but my anger was directed at WP. I never tried to follow them or confront AP. So to me this is crazy. Now WP seems more focused on punishing me more than trying to work through things. He doesn’t seem to care why I did what I did. He thinks I did this just to hurt him. I understand what he’s going through, but I kind of resent him for only focusing on what he’s going through without being able to relate to how I felt when he actually cheated. I don’t know how to move forward or if this is salvageable at this point.

I'm torn on deciphering whether or not I'll want to look back on my old diaries someday. My struggle is that they take up a lot of space, and I barely open them - I normally look through them while moving, or while going through old storage. Once per 5 years kind of thing. I don't want to get rid of them and risk feeling like I've let myself down in the far future. For reference, I'm 26, and I know if I had tossed out my childhood journals in the past, my present self would be pretty sad that I couldn't read them or look back on them. Maybe the memories attached to the childhood diaries I kept are different, though. But are they? Could someone with more years of wisdom chime in on how you'd feel (if you're a sentimental person)? The journals I've kept from ages 16-22 tend to have pretty sad things written in them that I'm not sure if I would want to keep... But part of me questions if I'd regret throwing them out. I waited too long to repot my lemon tree and now it’s blooming. If I unpot and repot, how likely is it to lose its blooms? My health has been up and down, but I know ingesting gluten definitely murders my immune system and makes me feel awful. Yesterday we went to a friend's house and had salads and she made a gluten free Funfetti cake. The salads were basic and ingredients such as croutons were totally separate. I had the lettuce, cucumbers, grilled chicken, and some raspberry vinaigrette - all of which shouldn't have gluten. I then had a regular slice of the gluten free cake. Today I feel awful. I checked the ingredients online and it all seems OK. Not healthy, but nothing that should make me feel like this. Is it possible that they have cross contamination in their facility? I'm sensitive as Hell.

I can sleep so easily during the day. I literally never want to get up and it feels SO GOOD to sleep until the afternoon. But I try to sleep at night to fix my metabolism because sleeping during the day is supposed to make you gain weight, AND because I have pet birds. They want me to be up during the day. It feels so good to sleep in during the day, but getting to sleep at night is so hard, and I can never stay asleep. Why? This has caused me no end of trouble.
