Babygirl is finally home! 131 days in the NICU can’t even count how many scares and ups and downs but to have her home now is the biggest blessing! born 1 lb 2.5 oz and is now 7 lbs 11.5 oz. Hello! Since about December 2023 I've experienced some strange symptoms and I'm just generally looking for advice on what it is I could be stricken with, if anything. About every 2-3 weeks since then, I've experienced many of the symptoms of pinworms (itchy bottom, crawling sensations). I've medicated with mebendazole each time and gone through the whole hygiene and cleaning process, but it keeps returning! This is something I've generally had to deal with a lot in my life as it seems like I'm extra sensitive or something, I've had it about once a year since childhood, give or take a few longer breaks (am 22). But I've always managed to get rid of it before, and this time it feels slightly different, a lot more subtle and the wriggling sensation is felt more on the "inside" of the anus so to speak, rather than outside. To add to this, I've also witnessed some very strange stools, sometimes with white "objects" in them. These "objects" vary, but for example: White bits of some kind, almost looks like chewed paper; Smooth rectangular bits, about 2.5 cm in length & 1 cm in width (only seen once, and did not look segmented); Small worms about 1mm thick, up to 1 cm long (I guess these are pinworms, seems a bit thick and long though.); I am growing more and more paranoid that I might have caught a tapeworm of some kind, which causes me a ton of stress as I'm extremely phobic about this kind of parasite. Another symptom I've had is a strange feeling in my lower right stomach, like something is present "directly behind by skin" so to speak, this has however only presented itself in the last few weeks. In about April 2024 I also felt a strange feeling in my right foot, like something was wriggling around underneath it (this kept on for about 2 weeks, on and off). I don't know if these are connected at all, the only thing I know is that it is NOT imagined, and I don't have a history of schizophrenia or any other mental health issues that could cause delusions of this kind. However, having read up a bit about tapeworms, the symptoms I've NEVER experienced are nausea, significant weight loss, stomach pain or frequent diarrhea. I've also never found anything resembling a segmented worm in my stool and neither have I found anything resembling a cyst (small round pebble?). I've also taken a stool test, where they found nothing. Take note that the test I sent did not contain any "strange objects" in it and was a week after I'd taken pinworm medication. If I were to assume that I had tapeworms, the only thing I can imagine having caught it from is an old piece of chocolate I accidentally ate sometime in fall 2023 that contained fruit fly larvae. I'm also a vegetarian and haven't eaten meat or fish since about 2021. So the main thing I'm asking is this: Should I be worried?! This is taking a huge toll on my mental health and it's causing a lot of anxiety. Grateful for any answers!

There is an issue with the movement, only the automatic winding rotor powers the watch. The manual winding broke. However this isn’t much of an issue since after wearing it for a few minutes, it starts up pretty quickly from dead. A watchmaker would likely be able to fix or you could swap the movement. The dial does have some discoloration around the 2 marker. There was some dust on the dial and I tried using rubbing alcohol to clean it, not knowing that it damages the dial lacquer. This is mostly only visible in harsh light however.

Keratosis Polaris on face: Went to a dermatologist and they said I have Keratosis Polaris on my face and that's why I have texture. I'm using and waiting for results using azalic acid, I have noticed a smoother feel but none really bumps disappearing. Should I continue or get the cerave SA cleanser? I was reccemond both by the derm 3. Mouth discolouration: I've been using the azalic acid for this aswell but have seen good reviews form glycolic should I switch?
