My landlords are this stingy and cheap Asian family. I am a single 20 year old female paying 1600 + 25% utilities a month for their ground floor unit. My mom is visiting me from another country and will be staying with for 3 weeks and then leaving. I informed my landlord (who lives above) about this and they asked me to pay 50 dollars as a “courtesy lump sum” for the utilities or my mom “can find another place”. I politely told them to that the fact they are asking for such a little sum is strange and that asking for any amount of money for having guests over is illegal under bc law. It just doesn’t make sense. The same heat that keeps my home warm will be used for my mom to. I also told them that we can sit down at the end of her stay and see how much additional utilities was used. Am I the asshole for declining 50 dollars or are they for even asking?

Probably a dumb question, I'm new at this. I added some credits on my account (I have 24€ on it) and placed an order (23.25€), but somehow the order didn't get paid and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to pay it. I ponder about this because I know with just about a lot of systems (Vodou, Candomblé, Santeria, Catholicism, etc.) has specific saints/spirits that do certain jobs the best. For example, St Expedite (in some aspects) money the quickest and efficient. But there are some certain spirits that can just about do anything. For example, Santa Muerte has her multi colored robes for specific purposes and her overall can help out with A LOT of workings. Is there any pros and cons to working with one spirit only (such as Santa Muerte or any other spirits that are versatile and can do a variety of magical workings)? Or is it best to work with saints/spirits that correspond with the desire you want?

Hello Reddit. So how is it possible that there are so many unreleased tracks on SoundCloud and they are not blocked/removed? All the unreleased tracks I tried to find, I found. Being a legal platform with subscriptions, they allow all this content that seems illegal. For example, on Spotify, it is almost impossible to find an unreleased song. I have so many juice and carti unreleased unavailable songs on Spotify that were blocked too fast.

24M Sometimes my adhd meds hit hard and if I have an empty schedule theres a chance I might waste hours on clearing the pipes. This time I also thought it would be a great idea to use a string as a ring. I don't think I tightened it enough where I personally think it would cause major issues and I also occasional loosened it but yeah here I am. No pain apart from expected skin irritation and no discoloration. Swelling is completely soft so I assume it's some kind of fluid not blood? I am trying to put together a versatile build but i cant decide on the items used. I just got the spear and i love it so far. Sadly i dont really like to dodge, i am more of a parry guy so i dont wanna use the realm shift bracers and waist. Right now i am using mani waist and wrist with guiding light chest. I am burning my enemies then switching to spear as i have the elemental pommel for extra damage, but i become quite annoyed of the playstyle. Hi all! Super excited to be going to my first Bonnaroo this year!! My friend and I decided to get a hotel about 30 minutes from the Farm - I know I know "camping is the only way" but unfortunately I use a cpap and need to be able to access electricity while sleeping, getting this hotel was also a LOT cheaper than other options (ie powered car camping or anything else on the farm with electricity) so those are my reasons. Anyways! I was just wondering if any of you guys are in a similar situation and had any advice on driving and when to get there each day etc. Anything and everything would be appreciated!
